The lady in the lobby took 20 minutes to get the order and then when they bring the food out the wrappers was leaking with grease the orders was not right I highly recommend you do not eat here

There was a very long wait in the drive thru and people were getting testy... myself included. The woman who took my order was courteous and and polite despite the circumstances of the long delay and my cranky attitude. People behind me in line were also impatient as they even yelled at me as i waited to place my order. When I arrived at the window to pay, she continued to remain professional. It also appeared that there were only 2 employees trying to serve drive through and the dining room. As I reflected on the experience, I was very impressed by this young woman and the young man who were working as fast as they could and maintained their positive interaction with guests and each other. I was embarrassed by my impatience, and wished I could return to apologize

Nice looking restaurant and was convenient right off of I-64 traveling on my way back home.
Food was mixed, my double cheeseburger was great, but the nuggets were dry like they've been sitting around for a while. My wifes snack wrap was just ok. Chicken had a lot of breading and was dry. My McCafe latte was perfect.

Restrooms and inside were clean.

On a road trip and stopped getting gas. Had to toss both a mcchicken and filet fish. I have worked the industry and they were clearly old and then re dropped in the fryer. Couldnt even chew the chicken. Not only is this disgusting, it’s dangerous for food safety.

What can I say it's a typical modern McDonald's. The food was good. They people were nice. Found a parking spot for me semi with plenty of room. Got some late supper. Quiet night of sleep then got a hot breakfast for the road. Only negative is interstate 57 & 64 is really rough to get there.

Came into McDonalds on 7/19 for breakfast went inside Yoda helped me she was so friendly and fast! Best experience I've ever had at a McDonalds she was very friendly answered all our questions and gave 5/5 services! Thank you Yoda I appreciate you!

I ordered food here online this morning specifically requesting no egg as I have an allergy. I pick up my order see the tag attached says no egg so I leave and go to work. I get to work and go to eat and I can’t because there is egg on my sandwich. But when I try to call it just rings and rings and rings so I guess I just got to pay $10 for something I can’t eat
