All the employees were really nice, and my food was what you'd expect from McDonald's. The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because the restaurant was freezing. When we said something, staff told us the owner has control of the heat, which I understand, but then the owner needs to pay better attention. (It was 10°F outside; inside was probably close to 50°F. It was cold enough that I wore my coat the whole time.) I feel bad for the employees working there because...
There was a very long wait in the drive thru and people were getting testy... myself included. The woman who took my order was courteous and and polite despite the circumstances of the long delay and my cranky attitude. People behind me in line were also impatient as they even yelled at me as i waited to place my order. When I arrived at the window to pay, she continued to remain professional. Nice looking restaurant and was convenient right off of I-64 traveling on my way back home.
Food was mixed, my double cheeseburger was great, but the nuggets were dry like they've been sitting around for a while. My wifes snack wrap was just ok. Chicken had a lot of breading and was dry. My McCafe latte was perfect.
Restrooms and inside were clean.
