The staff is excellent but feel sorry for them. They work for a tyrant that belittles her staff in front of paying customers. Sorry but that is no way to run a business. And then to admit she doesn't know her own system or how her coffee machines work. Then scolds a customer for not knowing the difference between carry out and a pickup order. Sorry but will never go back because of her poor business ethic and poor people skills. If your going to run business know your system and treat your employees better they are what make or break your business.

Great place for an iced coffee and treat for a little one! I got a iced latte with cinnamon, white chocolate and oatmilk. Very tasty! My son loved his cake bite.

Awesome bakery! I was working up here and found this place for lunch. I was so impressed with their breads and pastries/desserts I will drive 1 1/2hrs to get their cupcakes!
My husband, son, and I stop in occasionally on our way through Nashville heading to Pinckneyville for the weekend. The last time we were there was the afternoon of 12/16. My husband and son walked in to get some cookies to go and waited over 10 minutes for service while the workers were talking. They were looked at repeatedly and went back to talking ignoring us. Finally someone came out of the back to wait on them. It was apparent that our business was not valued or appreciated. Very disappointing.
