Seriously! The best brisket we’ve ever eaten! It had a great smoke ring and flavor- so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork! Mashed potatoes and signature salad paired perfectly! Very highly recommended!

Not my favorite! Your order your meal at the counter, 2 hours after they were open, they were out of about 6 major items on the menu (or planning), you get your meal from the front counter, carry it to your table, clean up after yourself and the have a tip jar on the counter. Dining area was dark and dreary, food nothing special. It was presented to us as a sit down dinner place not a serve yourself fast food place. I was not impressed

We hired this restaurant for catering service for 60 plus people. The service was fantastic and the owner was very friendly, approachable and accommodating to our needs. The food tasted great. The staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommended for catering services
he vibe of the place makes no sense, skulls on hoodies, bees on mechandise, american decorations, and erie quiet music playing in the background. the food was not amazing and we felt like the staff was arrogant but didn't know what they were doing. that was just our experience though! i've heard good things from other people and the food might be better on another day.

I’ve eaten BBQ all over the country and this place is right up there with the best. The burnt end were perfect and tender. The funeral potatoes were perfect and full of flavor. The cornbread (and I lucked out and got a corner piece) was perfect. This is certainly the best place to eat in Nauvoo. We tried all the other places. We had a pleasant chat with the owners who are just wonderful. You must go here.

The best BBQ I've ever had. Meat is tender, fall off the bone ribs, delicious brisket and all the staff is amazing. If you're ever in Nauvoo... I highly recommend going multiple times so you can try all the food they offer!
