Loved their brisket and the burnt ends tonight … amazing! , I wanted to enjoy something made with love, care and different, I got it all together. You guys keep it up, I had a great experience 😁. I love the tasty sauce and the smoky flavor.
There are not a lot of great places to eat in Nauvoo, so this BBQ was a pleasant surprise! We could smell it while walking around all day and couldn’t wait to try it out. It tasted even better than it smelled! The portions were plenty and even the sides were mouthwateringly good.
We really enjoyed Fireside! It has a very relaxed feel to it. The food was delicious. They didn’t have any pulled pork that night, which my wife was bummed about, but their brisket was phenomenal. It was cut thick, with good tenderness and flavor. The chef/owner was very polite and helped us feel at home. If you’re in Nauvoo, we highly recommend Fireside!
