If negative stars was an option that’s what I would give this subway! On 4/27/25 between 530-6pm I went in to get a sandwich and chocolate chip cookies, there was no chocolate chip I asked the worker if she could make some she said “yes and that it would take 10 minutes” I told her “okay that’s fine I go wait outside”. After 15 minutes go by I go back inside, no cookies in the oven she then proceeded to tell me that “the oven had been shut off already so it would take 30 minutes.” “I said okay that’s fine” and went back outside and headed back home(thinking we was on the same page about me still wanted the cookies) I go back an hour later, the oven is off and I didn’t see any cookies. I asked the lady “how many she had made?” and she said “I didn’t make any because it would have took around 2 1/2 hours for cook time and cool down time. I said “ first you said it would take 10 minutes I was fine with waiting then you said it would take probably 30 minutes still okay with waiting now I come back an hour later and you are saying it’ll take over 2 hours and that you texted your boss and she told you that’ll it’ll be better to make them in the morning because they closed at 9.” AS A RESTAURANT IF A CUSTOMER REQUEST SOMETHING YOU'RE REQUIRED TO MAKE THAT ITEM. She proceeded to keep trying to talk over me and said let me go ask my co-worker she goes to talk to the gas station cashier who was in the cooler. The gas station cashier(her name is Misty) comes out I was explaining to Misty the situation and the subway worker started to talk over me. Misty yells “ALRIGHT ITS COOKIES FOR CHRIST SAKES WERE DONE TAKING ABOUT IT” I said “as a food establishment if a customer request it and you have the item aren’t you required to make that item?” Misty continues to yell “YOU NEED TO LEAVE ILL CALL MY BOSS AND SHE’LL BACK ME” and just kept yelling “YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW” then said “this isn’t (my jobs name) so leave(I had my work jacket on.) Me walking away because at this point I’m getting irritated because it was thrown WAYYY out of proportion, Misty(the gas station cashier) says “Alright Pajamas(had PJS on) don’t come back here.” Moral of the review ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK THERE HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDES!!!!!
***Side note I’m not sure if the managers/owners will see this but manager to manager: IF YOU HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE/RUDE YOURSELF THEN YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all they just need an employee/manager makeover!!!

I've been here multiple times since moving into this town. It always takes the worker at least 5 minutes to come and take my order. I never feel welcomed, and the workers just throw your sandwich together. Have only had two workers give me something worth paying for

Of the last 4 times I've ordered from this place, 3 of the orders were made incorrectly.Wrong bread, wrong ingredients and prepared incorrectly. I've spoken to the manager once before but nothing has changed. I try to post about it in the Neoga Community Bulletin to forewarn customers of the possible mix up on their orders but the admin Andrew Kersey deletes any post where someone has an issue with a business

No ⭐'s would be my choice. Maybe you should take your window advertisements down when you no longer have that sandwich. The teeny bopper acted as if we were inconvincing her, I guess she was more worried about her hick boyfriend.We were the only customers when we walked in...I have NO tolerance for this kinda customer service, if you can even call it that.
