Went in on a night where they had servers that had called off work. Very full restaurant with only two waitresses, but they did amazing. The kitchen was understaffed as well, but food came surprisingly quick. Very very very good food.

Best ever. Just one thing do you sell the rolls so we can take them home and freeze, or can I get the recipe. The steaks are always great cooked to perfection.

I guess from just looking online, we expected more of an “upscale” dining experience. We were overall disappointed. Maybe it was an off night, who knows? Our appetizers were wonderful! Two of the three of us that actually got our food thought it was very bland. One of us were told they were out of what was ordered as the rest of us were being served. Overall just not the best experience and no compensation offered in any way.

They were not busy at all and we waited almost 10 minutes to even get approached by our server. We didn't get to place our entree order until they brought our appetizer to the ale.. the app of toasted ravioli was very good.. my Capone burger was dry and not great. The bacon cheeseburger we ordered had 1 piece of extremely undercooked bacon and a tomato thicker than the whole burger on top of a dry burned burger. No Silverware was ever given to us. No refills either.. the server never even checked to see if the food was good after it finally came.. I was excited to try this place... Very disappointing.

i will never be back and will never recommend this place as even an option to eat at. i was turned away 3 times in a row on 3 different occasions trying to eat here. this was because i did not have a reservation.... really at a pizza place its funny because each time 2/3 of the tables where empty. one time we where seated got drinks and an hours goes by no service only then to be told that it was going to be 2 hours before we could have a pizza made. so we decided to leave but was still charged for my daughter's drink. nope never again.

What a gem to find! Had a fabulous ribeye dinner, with baked potato, house salad (don't miss out on the creamy Italian salad dressing), and dinner roll. The ribeye was cooked perfectly at medium rare! The mushroom appetizer with horseradish-ranch dip was great, but even better, the perfect Bloody Mary. I'll definitely be back!

It had been several years since we've tried them so I thought they were due for another try and I'm really glad I did. Ordering pizza to go at 5pm on Friday night I expected them to be busy and they were. Had to wait several minutes on hold to place my order, I could hear her dealing with customers in person while on hold, but she got back to me when she could and I was told 35 minutes and it would be ready.I live really close, less than a block, so I did my best and gave them 25 minutes before I went to pickup. I was third in line for pickup but she was pretty efficient and checking the time it was still under half an hour but it was fresh and ready to go.I like thin crust, which they offer, but I don't like it crunchy so I'm used to be disappointed when I do try thin crust. I was extremely happy to not be disappointed but instead I had a thin crust pizza that wasn't hard like a cracker but baked to delicately toasted perfection. They have allot of good looking options for specialty pizzas and the cheese sticks were pretty good too. This was like a different place from my previous experiences, fast, friendly, and really good. I can't think of any pizza in Springfield or Jacksonville that I'd rather have

This place is great! Made reservations so no wait. Food was amazing! Server went above and beyond to make up for the short-staffed kitchen. We had to wait a bit but our meal was well worth it. We'll be back!

We went here for my fiances work Christmas party, it's attached to a gas station neither of us had ever been there before so we were beyond confused when GPS took us to the gas station. Haha. The food was very good. The staff were all very nice. They unfortunately were short handed but what place is actually fully staffed right now? We will definitely be returning.

Large portions. Pricing is not too bad either. Parking can be tricking but accessible. Kid friendly. Darkened lightening for relaxed atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible. Friendly service. If it is busy, be patient, they do a great job, there were just a lot of folks there enjoying their time together.

AWESOMELY delicious food. Servers were very busy. Our party of 7 waited 2 hours after we ordered for the food to be served...but it was well worth the wait. Parking is also a little bit of a hassle.
