The iceberg lettuce was wilted and brown, which I noticed before we got to that step thankfully.

I can only have like 3 things on my sandwich...spinach, onion, black olive. This doesn't mean that I should get a sandwich that the bread almost touches. No, I enjoy a fat sandwich like all the others. I just need more of the things I can have. But few get this. Even though I explained this, the worker put 5 pieces of spinach on. It was so incredibly hard to get her to put a lot of veggies on. Still she never really did. I even tried to help her understand...this is the one meal I get today. She said "maybe you should eat more than one meal." Customer service and satisfaction seem like non existent ideas from the past.

Got a salad tonight and the meat was mushy, almost puréed, there was standing water in the bottom of the bowl (took some out to separate the meat) & barely any lettuce because she put too much of everything else in it. I get the same salad at other locations and it’s never this nasty. Waste of money.
Better than the machine burgers found next door. There was only one employee working during my visit ( around noon) and it took me 25 minutes to get my food. So much for "fast footed"
