“We enjoyed eating at Rocky's tonight. Food was good. Amy and Bob are great hosts. I needed information about New Boston this morning before arriving in town later this afternoon. I called Rocky's. Amy and Debbie were so helpful. We took our S2S paddling friend to Rocky's with us tonight. Everyone was friendly. Another customer even picked up our tab! Thank you so much! Kindness matters! “My boyfriend and I with his young daughter, took a drive to Keithsburg from Galesburg. We do this two or three times a year and eat at the Eagles Nest. On this particular Saturday, the place was rather busy. there was a gentleman bartending, serving and clearing tables all by himself. He was so efficient, friendly and he never flinched. My boyfriend and I were very impressed by his ability to keep it all under control and he did a fantastic job. I believe the day was March 2, a Saturday. We showed him our appreciation by tipping him rather well and told him he was doing a wonderful job. We do not know if he was the owner or a worker there but he was amazing and is a wonderful asset to that restaurant. We wanted to thank him, again, and wish him and the Eagles Nest all the best.
