I had a fantastic experience at Arrowhead! Kimmie, the manager, was incredibly personable and kind. When there was a mix-up with a reservation, she asked us to move to a different table after we had already ordered drinks. To make up for the inconvenience, she graciously comped our first round, which was greatly appreciated. Joey, the bartender, was equally wonderful—so easygoing and friendly. His great attitude added to the positive atmosphere. Thank you to the team for making our visit so memorable!

The food was really good and our waitress was wonderfull. She kept checking on us and was apologetic about the long wait to get our food. It took about 45 to 50 minutes to get our food.

We love the staff. The food is good . We would love if management would post the entertainment on Wednesday night.

First time visiting this nice surprise tucked into the corner of a shopping plaza.
My "Frenchman" was delicious, looked exactly like the menu photo, and tasted great. My husband's brisket sandwich was also great - next time, he'll order the slaw on the side since he is a northener... but he ate it all 😉
This is a craft brewery, so don't expect any big names on tap. However, I found a yummy selection with the Weed Wacker American pale ale.
Service was reasonably quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

New to the area, and this is truly the best establishment I’ve ever been to! Great food! Great atmosphere! The manager, Mrs. Kim, was on top of everything when we made her staff aware of my sons peanut & shellfish allergies! We all left with full stomachs and great spirits! 100/10. Will definitely come again!

I'm in shock. Worse experience at a restaurant EVER. This is unbelievable. We came here for the first time to watch the Alabama Georgia game, and got 3 appetizers and 1 entree (Nashville chicken sandwich) but the sandwich was so sloppy and wet the bread was soaked and it was disgusting. It took 20+ minutes for someone to come check on us and see how our food was and when we said the sandwich wasn't good and we couldn't eat it so asked for it off the bill, the bartender guy with the man bun acted like we were crazy and said he had to go ask his manager. No apology whatsoever. Then he came back and said the best he could do is 50% off.... we took one bite of the sandwich and it was horrible why in the world should we have to pay for that? Let alone for the service? Absolutely ridiculous. Then, we had to ask for the manager to come over and talk to us about why that was the case so we told him our problem with the sandwich and explained it was our first time here, and he looked at us, took both our plates with the uneaten sandwich on it and said "okay" and walked away. The blonde waitress with the glasses also made a comment how some of their sandwiches are "messy". No one wants soggy sloppy sandwich bread that's so embarrassing we basically ordered soup. We were happy to pay for the other 3 appetizers and drink, which btw the nachos were disgusting too and COLD, but we let it go because we were ordering a few things anyways. I wish I took a picture because that was so bad and I wish I had proof. We will never go back here it was absolutely horrible. THEN, after the manager stormed off in a fit, we waited another 10+ minutes because no one was bringing us our check. We had to ask a hostess to bring us our check and she went to grab it and tossed it down in front of us. Thankfully, they took off the sandwich but we were not tipping at that point. I can't believe how horrible the service was having everyone ignore us and treat us so rudely when we are paying customers and spent $50 without the sandwich or tipping. Such a shame, that was the worse customer service I've ever experienced. DO BETTER!!
