I am an Aurellio's loyalty customer. I usually love their products. Unfortunately, the service has gotten poor in the New Lenox store. My orders are usually small and relatively simple. My last order (chicken Alfredo) was online. Ordering went smoothly. Upon pickup 30 minutes later, I was informed they ran out of fettuccine noodles. Granted, my order was one of the first that day. I would have to replace it with another noodle. Ok, fine. After another 30-minute wait, my chicken alfredo was complete. I went home and discovered they had forgotten the chicken. Seriously? No compassion from their young staff. If you love Aurellios Pizza, drive a few extra miles to Frankfort. Satisfaction is more likely.

This location is becoming a favorite so much that I’m willing to drive past the location in Frankfurt as the New Lenox location does the sauce, right!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you want Aurelio’s order from the Frankfort location. The extra drive time is well worth it, they’re great. I have been living in NL for over 20 years and this particular location has consistently been mediocre at best. Go to Frankfort, their Aurelio’s is fantastic

I cannot stress enough how terrible this pizza was. I ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and the pizza looked and tasted as if it was reheated from three days ago. The cheese was dried, even though I picked it up at the correct time and the food was still hot. I threw out what I didn’t finish, not even worth it as leftovers.

This is the most inconsistent pizza place in New Lenox. Sometimes it's great, sometimes like tonight it was disgusting. Tonight the kids who work here decided to drown my pizza in sauce.

They got a customer for life out of me, I called 5 places looking for pizza dough, and this one was nice enough to do it for it. The pizza dough was 10/10!

Aurelio’s has always been a childhood favorite of mine so when I was visiting home this Memorial Day weekend… it was a must have during my trip! Ordered on the app and it was easy to do. Could not figure out how to get my rewards added, but I didn’t care… just wanted my favorite pizza. Was delivered early, but the box was smashed into the pizza ripping off 4 full slices of cheese on the roof of the box. The pizza was undercooked (crust was mushy) and had barely any sauce or cheese. Super disappointing, won’t be ordering from this location ever again when visiting home. Even my local parents will not.

Horrible customer service. Ordered it well done and it was burnt. So they offered to make us another one. We waited, again same thing. I have never had issues with ordering well done. Will definitely not order from this location again. I will say our delivery guy was super nice!!

Best delivery guy!! But my pizza was smoked out burnt. Second pizza they sent was the same. I think something is wrong with their ovens. I have never had this happen at any other location. The lady on the phone could care less. Super disappointed and will never order from them again. Mokena or Frankfort it is.

Best pizza locally hands down.
