If I could give -5 stars I would! Placed and order online waited 15 minutes I asked how long my food been sitting there all along! Got home my food was cold. I called and you guys want me going back?! I live 15 min you guys paying for my gas too? Your guys service been getting worse within time!

While although the food was good, our server Carolyn treated us as if we weren’t important to her. I asked for the buffalo chicken dip with the ranch on the side, they served it to us with ranch on it. She never came to us asking if it came out fine, never looked our way. We were just there , waiting and waiting for Carolyn to come, plate untouched. I had to raise my hand for her to even acknowledge us, and at that point I didn’t even want it anymore since the food would probably come on shortly. When she came, I asked if we can get nachos instead, she said give me a minute. She came out with buffalo chicken dip again, completely ignoring what I said. She never even said sorry, never said anything. She never even asked us asked us for refills! As if we weren’t even there. That’s bad service. I love coming here, I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but that made me really feel like we weren’t welcome here. When I payed, she never said thank you, not even have a nice night, just nodded her head, that’s it. As we were walking out the other worker as we were walking out said have a nice night instead! That’s insane.

The manager Melissa is terrible, rude, and uneducated. I went there to watch the UFC fights. I order a beer, mind you I’m 22. She comes back with my state issued ID claiming it’s fake because ‘there’s no top hat on Abe Lincoln’—yeah because she didn’t look at it under a UV light— and then threatening to keep it. Very unpleasant service experience, won’t be coming back. B Dubs please educate your managers, this is a bad look :(

We each order the special. Traditional wings with fries and carrots and celery. Wings and fries were warm. Ranch dressing was cool not cold. And we didn't receive the celery and carrots. Finally flagged down waitress for carrots and celery. 2nd round, waitress forgot an order of fries. Ranch dressing was gross, too warm. Got the order of fries (waited too long) after the wings were eaten. We told the manager at our table about the warm ranch dressing and said everything is refrigerator, but why was it warm? We were disappointed.
