I’ve been going here for years now & this is probably the worst meal I’ve gotten from them by ordering for the first time on the app. I spent $20, driving 20 minutes here just to pick up this small meal. They barely gave me any fries and small pieces of chicken I am pregnant & very angry at how they did me today. They barely gave me any cheese curds too and I’ve delivered from here before so I know how much they give and when they want to be generous giving out food. I am very disappointed and want a refund.

Our server Cadence was very slow left a large table dirty for us to look at while we ate our food. Our card sat on table for 20 mins still hasn’t been back for payment. If I wasn’t a server my self I wouldn’t tip her at all but I don’t have it in my heart to do that.

It’s okay. Not the cleanest place. There is ways stuff on the ground. Food, napkins, stray rappers. Tables sometimes feel sticky. Buffalo Wild Wings food is not great. Honestly best thing in the menu is not the wings. It’s the burger

I genuinely wish I could leave 0 stars. Host was very nice but as for the waitress, yikes. I should have probably left when I tried the Starry drink and it tasted like straight chemicals. The entire staff for some reason looks extremely miserable (I get it) but come on. I ordered 10 boneless wings with half and half sauce, one side wasn't evenly coated.. my husband ordered the chicken tenders and it looked WAY worse than my food!! He chose a dry rub and it was more than obvious that the dry rub wasn't on it but the waitress lied and said it was, like we are blind. The tenders looked and tasted strange, so he didn't continue eating it and trust I wouldn't either, it made me sick looking at it. This entire experience was just disappointing. We have learned our lesson and will not return, I hope they get new staff or management or both, it's sad.

maría was very thirsty to get us to sign up for the buffalo rewards so she could win a contest she said “one of you guys HAVE to sign up” no please very demanding. she would not separate our checks until we signed up. if she wins i wouldn’t be surprised since she wouldn’t take no for an answer

horrible customer service… they literally get our order wrong every single time we order. The final straw was when we ordered at 4:15 went to pick it up at 5:00 told us on the phone it would be ready in 20 minutes just to sit and wait… . Finally the manger comes over and tells me they our gave food to the wrong person… go to the frankfort one or any other one besides this location . 50 dollars for some wings is outrageous for them to constantly mess up / forgot food.

Me and my family came to this place and it was horrible. For one it took forever for the waiter to come and see us. Then once we ordered our food we was told by the manager Matt that we had to wait for our waiter to come back off her break to get our food. Mind you we was the only black people in the restaurant. Then when we got our food 40 minutes later our, our food was cold. Then they have the nerve to automatically put gratitude on it already. NEVER GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK

We live nearby and have come frequently. Everyone is always nice but the food takes…….forever…. Be prepared for 45 minutes at least after you order. It has been this way for years, busy or slow, it never changes. It’s a shame. We have to pass eating here when we’re in a rush.
