The manager Melissa is terrible, rude, and uneducated. I went there to watch the UFC fights. I order a beer, mind you I’m 22. She comes back with my state issued ID claiming it’s fake because ‘there’s no top hat on Abe Lincoln’—yeah because she didn’t look at it under a UV light— and then threatening to keep it. Very unpleasant service experience, won’t be coming back. B Dubs please educate your managers, this is a bad look :(

We each order the special. Traditional wings with fries and carrots and celery. Wings and fries were warm. Ranch dressing was cool not cold. And we didn't receive the celery and carrots. Finally flagged down waitress for carrots and celery. 2nd round, waitress forgot an order of fries. Ranch dressing was gross, too warm. Got the order of fries (waited too long) after the wings were eaten. We told the manager at our table about the warm ranch dressing and said everything is refrigerator, but why was it warm? We were disappointed.

Very disappointed in my service by my server Misty. We came in for Buy one and get free wings and fries . We waited 36 mins till we asked the Manager. Misty came back while the manager was present. She rang in the wrong amount and wing order. We asked if we can get the 5 wings that were missing in boneless. Never came back to check in with us, if we needed anything else. Only to give us the check which then didn’t give us the deal we came in for and add the boneless wings to our bill. With no apology or further assistance.
Staff is so rude with attitude. Forget Items and give you dirtly looks, Not professional.

I’ve been going here for years now & this is probably the worst meal I’ve gotten from them by ordering for the first time on the app. I spent $20, driving 20 minutes here just to pick up this small meal. They barely gave me any fries and small pieces of chicken I am pregnant & very angry at how they did me today. They barely gave me any cheese curds too and I’ve delivered from here before so I know how much they give and when they want to be generous giving out food. I am very disappointed and want a refund.

Our server Cadence was very slow left a large table dirty for us to look at while we ate our food. Our card sat on table for 20 mins still hasn’t been back for payment. If I wasn’t a server my self I wouldn’t tip her at all but I don’t have it in my heart to do that.
