We come here quite often, one of the easiest and quickest places to get a decent meal. But DO NOT eat the BEEF! No matter what form it comes in.. hamburger, steak, in the fajita... whoever eats the beef gets a terribly upset stomach for at least a few hours (up to 2 days). We have tested this more times than we'd like to admit, and it always ends badly. Pretty much everything else on the menu is okay. Waitstaff is so-so, it's really a hit or miss. Margaritas are on point!
Parking: Plenty of parking around the restaurant. Close by lots available if parking gets full.
Kid-friendliness: Great food options for kids. Games are also available on the table-pay/order device.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking front and center. Staff is willing to accommodate seating preferences.

This was the worst experience ever, and I mean it! I will never ever in my life time return to this location or matter of a fact chili’s at all period. My server “Bri” harassed me and my friend the entire time we were there, she even began to stare with her and her coworkers because they assumed my friend was under age… also if we want to be honest the table was barely even swept or wiped down for a 1/10 service???? Coming from the friend i am to old to be dealing with kids from one grown person to another why was bri acting like a 12 year old trying to argue we had to get up and leave because it was so disrespectful and embarrassing. Its was so bad I had to ask her “why are you talking to us like this”? Her response was “because you know what you were doing”. Is this the type of service were getting now in Frankfort?? Never come to this location!!

A special shout out to Zach for going above and beyond tonight. My husband and I stoped for dinner. As I was trying to help my husband up from his seat he lost his balance and ended up on the floor. No not drunk. Just older with a few health problems. As soon as Zach seen what happened he came right over took my husband's hands and put his feet in front of my husband's feet to keep him from sliding. I got behind my husband and under his arms. The two of us were able to get my husband upright again.
Zach truly went above and beyond tonight. The service from start to finish and afterwards was absolutely great.
Zach I thank you from the bottom of my heart for jumping right in to help us out.

Finally placed order with same card that is linked to apple pay manually, so not a card issue. Food was meh at best even for carryout. Staff was perfectly pleasant, but whole experience was poor and food was not worth it in the end. ?♂️
