The salt shaker was not screwed on the way & poured on all my food. They did not bring me a new plate. Just brought new honey mustard. The chicken fingers were also too salty. They never offered to bring me a new food.

Have not had great service like this in a long time i felt welcomed but the manger amber she was so nice and kind i was going threw a lot that day and she dosent know what she did but im happy there are people like her out there Make sure yall tip they work hard for there money just like everyone else

Both times my family has been here they always seem to have an issue with something. once because I asked for two different sauces on the 6 piece crispers. This last time they huffed and puffed because i asked for a booth table instead of a table. Wait staff was not friendly and very short in responses almost as if i was a bother.

Mentioned i wanted my cookie skillet because it was my main reason for coming here and they chose to tell me they were “out of cookie” right when i was ready for it. Highly disappointed.

Ordered food to go. Took them 30 minutes to text and say food was ready... by that point everything was ice cold! Do not recommend ordering online
We come here quite often, one of the easiest and quickest places to get a decent meal. But DO NOT eat the BEEF! No matter what form it comes in.. hamburger, steak, in the fajita... whoever eats the beef gets a terribly upset stomach for at least a few hours (up to 2 days). We have tested this more times than we'd like to admit, and it always ends badly. Pretty much everything else on the menu is okay. Waitstaff is so-so, it's really a hit or miss. Margaritas are on point!
Parking: Plenty of parking around the restaurant. Close by lots available if parking gets full.
Kid-friendliness: Great food options for kids. Games are also available on the table-pay/order device.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking front and center. Staff is willing to accommodate seating preferences.

Breeaunna was our server, She was fantastic! they have the best chips here! Everything is usually pretty decent that I’ve gotten probably don’t up for the surf and turf, but mostly everything is good.

Ate out there a few days ago, and met the sweetest hostess, she had colorful hair, she held the door for us coming in and out. She was absolutely polite. When we had a small issue with paying our bill, she help us immediately. What an amazing hostess. We'll definitely be back
