The bartenders Zach and Johnny are phenomenal! Sit at the bar if you can and you are sure to get the best service! Food is always good and consistent and the restaurant itself is always clean!
Had a wonderful experience at Chili's in New Lenox IL tonight due to both the excellent service we received from our waiter Shawn and the delicious food. Shawn always smiled every time he approached our table and was very friendly; nice to feel like someone DOESN'T hate their job, very hard to find nowadays! Will definitely be back.
My wife and I stopped in to have dinner. The food, as usual, was very good, but I did want to mention that one of the managers I believe his name was Chris stop by and check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredible And a tremendous representative for your organization. I did notice he was going around to other tables to check on the other families. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. It’s a throwback. . I would highly recommend going...
