I ordered online pickup at this location just to get home and find out my bowl was half full… and looking at other reviews it’s a common problem at this location! That’s crazy… on top of that I ordered 30min in advance and still waiting 10min at the window without anyone even saying hello or even acknowledging me. Keep in mind there was a working standing right at the window. There was like 4 cars behind us. CHIPOTLE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!
Racist location. 9-16-2025, 2:21 pm. I walked in on my lunch break attempting to get a burrito bowl, I was the only one in line. Everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen looked at me, looked at each other, giggled, and turned around. No one attempted to serve me after an entire minute of me standing there watching them.
