Was in today and the ENTIRE staff was completely rude. Especially Xavier! From the female staff who was adding toppings who was very rude to me and other behind with with huffing and puffing when asking what else to add. Please get staff that actually like to earn a paycheck. Customer service is a joke these days, and the food wasn't even HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service I've received this week!

Ordered 3 chicken tacos on the app for pickup. Not a single piece of chicken on any of the tacos???? How does that even happen?
Stale chips and terrible portions. I come here so often… you would think they would be reasonable. Whoever is running this restaurant, (I believe Jason Kern is the name, saw his card), needs to reevaluate the operations of this branch. If you come here, you’ll be paying for a bowl of rice and 5 pieces of chicken… and get charged $12! Unfortunately, this is the only branch in the area.

The worst portion size I have ever gotten. Always having trouble at chipotle but I thought this location was different until yesterday. I submitted an inquiry online with this issue, however I got two automated emails with the same exact wording in it as a response. So now I’m going to post the picture of the bowl I got here and hope that someone from Chipotle reaches out to make this right. Barely any chicken nor toppings. Not worth it all for the cost.

I ordered a steak bowl from here just the other day and had food poisoning, I will no longer be coming to this location as the same issue has happened more than once. The food quality at this location is laughable it's like they just leave raw meat sitting for hours before cooking it. Go to another location this one has had issues non stop for the past year. As well as over priced to get you sick.

ALL Chipotle locations have changed their portion sizes and the customers are not getting what they paid for in a meal. Most likely these portion controls are coming from the corporate office and new CEO. Start patronizing local businesses people.
Rice is always undercooked 3rd time in a row feels like im eating a bowl of cereal even when I shake it up it sounds like i have maracas in my hand and the prices just keep on increasing its unreal
