Recently diagnosed with celiac's and their dedicated gluten free menu had a TON of options. On top of that the wait staff was quick to ask about cross contamination concerns and any other dietary restrictions. Each time something was delivered to the table our wait staff was thorough in letting me know about risks. I really appreciate the knowledge staff and attention to detail. Not to mention the food and wine were fantastic!

Great food and service. We went to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday she loves the bread. Our server Mandy made sure my daughter felt like a princess at dinner brought out Chocolates with a candle and was very attentive to the tables needs. Never a bad experience there.

Fantastic night at CH! Sat in the bar area and sampled entire happy hour menu. The blended wines were quite good and all 5 dishes were outstanding! Our server Alex was amazing! Perfect CH night!

Great food and service as always! A tad bit noisy but a lot of fun for our birthday celebration. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a wine tasting. It would be nice if they time limited the tastings and also had a line so it's fair to those waiting a long time are taking in order of arrival We were there 30 minutes and a couple who just got there stole our spot when someone left. That really is not fair or organized. I've seen other Coopers have a more organized way of doing this and they should do the same.

What a wonderful evening for celebrating my wife's birthday. Upon arriving we were greeted by the hostess and where promptly escorted to our seat. Our server “Kaitlyn” introduced herself and proceeded to review the drink and dinner specials. We were blown away by Kaitlyn incredible knowledge about the menu and officered excellent recommendations. My wife is a new wine club member, and our server reviewed the benefits of being a member and offered a sample of the Melon Honey Wine. The food at Cooper Hawk is absolutely delicious. Our dinner was bursting with flavor and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the Pretzel Pork Chop and Lobster Bisque soup. For desert the Ice Cream cookie was out of this world delicious. In summary. The service at COOPER”S HAWK New Lenox, IL is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Kudos to the entire team!”

Fun vibe, nice place to go out with my daughter for a girls night out. Service was a bit slow, but since we were chatting it wasn't too much of a problem. Chicken Madeira was delish, albeit too salty for my taste. I always swap out for Betty's potatoes—yum! A bit loud at 8:30 pm, I couldn't tell what songs were playing, but I'm used to that there. Peach sangria was sooo good.

First time experience. Food was just okay. I Was disappointed they didn't offer a free special dessert for us celebrating our anniversary. The waitress acknowledged our anniversary and tried to be personable but it was disheartening to know they do nothing special for those celebrating something unless you're a member. Not a good first impression.

Once again - a GREAT server!!!! Dined with friends at a booth in the dining room and everything (food, service, etc) was 5-stars! Note: Last week we dined in the bar area somewhat spontaneously - just popped in - no resv - just sat at a high top in the bar area. Our server was just a tad under 'par' that we normally get at CH but he was super busy so I'll give him a pass .... just felt he could have checked in with us a couple of times when he was nearby waiting on other tables 24" away .... No 'official' complaint though - just a comment. We were a little surprised at the somewhat under-par service. He provided a sample taste of the WOM but never once asked if we wanted to order any wine. Being Ambassador members we found this a bit surprising. We're not complainers though so I didn't say anything at the time, and it will not sway us from returning. AND PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to the dinner resv for 4 people this week which this survey/review is a response to ...

Let me preface this review by stating I am a three bottle a month wine club member for years. I usually don't write negative reviews; HOWEVER, I booked on Open Table to have dinner with my husband to celebrate my birthday. We booked a booth in the bar at 4:30 because we like the quieter atmosphere and dimmed lighting in the bar. I booked in advance, so I was able to reserve the bar. When we arrived, the hostess informed we could not sit in the bar as the next server didn't arrive until 5:00PM. There were two booths which were occupied, and I visibly saw a male server. When I informed her of this, she said if you want to be seated in the bar, that's fine but you will not be served until 5:00PM. She said we couldn't even order a bottle of wine before 5:00PM if we insisted upon sitting in the bar. My husband was embarrassed by her attitude and said can we get a booth in the main dining room. She had us step to the side, even though they weren't busy, and eventually had someone sit us a few minutes later. I was quite disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice dinner with my husband in a place with ambience not in the loud, brightly lit restaurant. It completely changed what I had anticipated my birthday dinner to be. If the restaurant did not have a server in the bar until 5:00PM, I should not have been able to book a booth in the bar. This is unfortunately not the first time this hostess acted in a way that does not look good for the restaurant. It will be a long time before I return to the New Lenox Cooper's Hawk if ever.

Bar area ( not desired) was exceptionally loud with over served group that were talking extremely loud. They knocked over a high top chair into our table. Server forgot soup, and left drinks at bar for a long period of time. Not exactly the birthday celebration I wanted with my family.

Our waitress was the absolute greatest we ever had. She was on top of everything. The noise lever was loud in the beginning but once the table left it was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable dinner.

Outstanding surf n turf! Parmesan and horseradish crusted medallions cooked medium rare to perfection with absolutely delicious crusted grouper, roasted vegetables, Betty's Potatoes and Key Lime Pie.

My daughter and I really enjoy Cooper Hawk, but tonight the New Lenox location fell short. My daughter had the GF Country Rigatoni and the noodles were hard, like under cooked. I had the GF Dana's Chicken and the green beans were under cooked, hard and raw. I don't know if they rushed the order because they were very busy, but that wasn't good. Also they had no gluten-free bread, not good either!!! Very disappointing!

Our server Faith was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond when we told her it was our anniversary. She brought us a beautifully decorated dessert. Food was excellent as usual. The only complaint, and it's very minor, is that the host told us he could not find our reservation. It took a bit, but he found it. Overall, a wonderful dinner.

The New Lenox CH is trialing a happy hour -- we went to try it out -- our server Danica was amazing. We were offered a taste of the wine of the month and the R&B red and white blends (which are unfortunately not for sale- but are amazing). The Sangria flight for happy hour is amazing. The prime sliders, shrimp tempura and arancini were so good that we should have ordered more. This was a fantastic experience
