Paid $17 for a double Chzburger meal with Large sides. Got the burger with mayo and ketchup this is what I seen when I opened my burger…. Also got a side of cheese and that was ice cold. The French fries they gave me were sitting I can tell….. it’s a shame that my money isn’t good enough for Hot & Fresh food.

Do not get ice cream unless you like it very melted. The last 8 times I have gone here every time my ice cream has been melted as soon as they gave it to me. PLEASE FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE :)

I travel the country extensively. Anytime I'm thinking of a burger I check to see if there is a Culver's in the neighborhood. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way for one of their burgers. I can't make a burger at home that is this good

Aliyah at the front counter was extremely rude!!!! Her shirt was filthy dirty and it was obvious she didn’t want to want to be there. There were no customers before of after us so it’s not as if they were busy! It takes zero dollars to be nice!!! Never again, New Lenox!!! Do better!!!!

Honestly have seen better from this place, but the last 2 experiences were not it.. the first time got my order wrong, this time my order was taken down wrong.. and thats a big NO. I ordered 2, and got 1 luckly not charged for 2... but still bad, and my order was wrong on top of taking it wrong. Ordered a double melt, and literally the first half had two patties but the other half didn't.. im so confused. And dissapointed.
2 years later, give it another chance but nothing has changed. The pop tastes bad too.

Love Culver’s! Most of the time I come the food is always hot and fresh but sometimes there sides like curds and fries can be cold and taste old? Definitely need work on those. Overall solid fast food place!

We had a delicious lunch at this Culver's today. We were greeted by Paul and he went above and beyond with his service and kindness. We witnessed him holding doors open for an elderly couple and hugged them. We had 2 kids with us and they were also blown away by his kindness and service. Thank you Paul, you made our day!

We had a great experience at Culver’s tonight! The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant (including the bathrooms) was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but one team member really stood out—Aery. While we were eating, she came around to check if we needed anything. That kind of service isn’t something you typically expect at a fast food restaurant, and it made a big difference—especially since we had four young kids with us. She even brought the kids’ meal ice cream treats right to our table, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you, Aery, for going above and beyond to make our night a little easier and a lot more enjoyable!
