I've had nothing but great service here, if they open on time..I have been there at their opening times and had to wait over an hour on numerous occasions.. this morning I called and no body picked up.i guess they're not open yet.

I paid almost $8 for four donuts. When I was handed the bag, it was covered in chocolate frosting. When I got home five minutes later, the frosting was melted and covering the inside of the bag. Terrible quality for Dunkin and I will NOT be returning to your location.

0 stars for whomever was working the window friday night Nov 1st. We waited in line for 15 mins, while the person at the window BS'd with the person in the car ahead of us. When they were finally done, at 9:01 pm, the person at the window told us - "sorry we close at 9 pm." And to make matters worse, their store hours say they are open till 10!! Way to run a business, and lose longtime customers, you morons.

Mental cruelty and harassment they have allowed just ordering an iced coffee to a protected veteran. I have the app and use my USAA debit card. I am hypoglycemic too.
