0 stars for whomever was working the window friday night Nov 1st. We waited in line for 15 mins, while the person at the window BS'd with the person in the car ahead of us. When they were finally done, at 9:01 pm, the person at the window told us - "sorry we close at 9 pm." And to make matters worse, their store hours say they are open till 10!! Way to run a business, and lose longtime customers, you morons.

I ordered 2 chocolate long johns this morning and the ones I received had no chocolate on the donuts themselves but melted all over the bag. Basically I spent money for coffee and those donuts and was only able to enjoy the coffee. This is absolutely ridiculous and if that's the quality that customers are gonna receive then it's the last time I'll be back to this location.

Purchased a medium caramel iced coffee to start off 2024 in a happy mood. The first sip of my coffee proved there was in fact no caramel WHAT SO EVER, you couldn’t even see it at the bottom like usual. It was lifeless of caramel. I’ve never tasted a coffee so disappointing in my life. I had to do coffee surgery on it when it arrived to me, and was pretty relieved I didn’t have to throw it away. Guess what I put in it? CARAMEL AND MILK.
