Went in today to grab sandwiches for our football scrimmage and mentioned I have to put the sandwiches in my cooler bag. The younger blonde guy bagging the sandwich asked if I wanted them saran wrapped. Worked out perfect and kept the sandwiches from getting wet so they stayed nice and fresh. 10/10 service !

Subs so slow, you will freak out. But I will say, after eating, they did make a great sub this time. So can’t be too critical. One of the better JJ sandwiches I have had.

When a veggie sandwich cost over 8 bucks you would think the bread would atleast be in tact. It was literally falling apart! And the other side of the cut sandwich had barely any bread on one side!

I had an awful experience here. I came in with a $25 gift card and left with one sandwich and side, which cost $8.47. the next time I used my card, they said there is a zero balance. WHAT? THERE SHOULD BE 18.47 LEFT. I had a receipt that said AUTHORIZED DEBIT (WHAT?) AND MERCHANT COPY. In other words, the employee debited the rest for herself/himself/itself. That employee stole my money $18.47 and Nick, the franchise owner talked over me on the phone (RUDE), I'm now dealing with corporate. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF.

I had a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s today! I want to give a shout-out to Kevin, who was working the counter around closing time. He was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a smile, and had my food ready in record time. I will always be back here!

By far my favorite JJ location! Food was great! Service was great! Nice friendly employees and fast at making sandwiches. Very clean and tidy as well. It was a nice change compared to some other locations I’ve been to.

I stood at the counter for about two minutes while you helped the guy who walked in the door behind me, first. I was standing there ready to order, but somehow the guy behind me gets your attention. He must have been a man of great importance. Very strange. When I realized how long it was taking, I walked out and got lunch somewhere else.

I enjoyed the new chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich there in the restaurant. I have to say I enjoyed the sandwich and the atmosphere in the restaurant. It's the most pleasant lunch I have had in a while. Thank you

I will never visit this jimmy johns again. I came in to get the 2pm combo meal, I let the cashier know this in advance. When she Rang up my meal order the total did not reflect the discounted price. I reminded her again I wanted the combo. She says I did not tell her that I wanted the 2pm combo meal. She then asks one of the guys behind the counter for help. He says he can’t void it out he will get in trouble and he’s not getting in trouble for a customer . I thought that comment was very inappropriate when working in customer service . He finally voids it out and I can finally pay got my order and I leave . I will definitely not be back.

What can I say it's jimmy johns, routine sandwich place but they do have a better veggie option now. Anything is good here, just have to wonder what's real when it comes to lunch meat and our FDA approved foods

Really really really tired of the employees at this location not looking at the ticket from an online order. It is REPETITIVE at this location. Everytime I order extra meat or add cheese in a sandwich, it is never there and I have to call and get the $ credited back to my account. 16 inch subs never cut in half when asked. Really just going to start going out of my way to a further location. Simple reading skills clearly lack at this location.

Food is always great and the service is always pretty stellar. The only "negative" experience I've had at this store is an order not arriving 30 minutes after ordering it and that was because they were very busy that day, and the employee who answered the phone was super apologetic and let me know it'd be heading out in a few moments (they're at my place of employment within 15 minutes at most every other time outside of that once)
