I will never visit this jimmy johns again. I came in to get the 2pm combo meal, I let the cashier know this in advance. When she Rang up my meal order the total did not reflect the discounted price. I reminded her again I wanted the combo. She says I did not tell her that I wanted the 2pm combo meal. She then asks one of the guys behind the counter for help. He says he can’t void it out he will get in trouble and he’s not getting in trouble for a customer . I thought that comment was very inappropriate when working in customer service . He finally voids it out and I can finally pay got my order and I leave . I will definitely not be back.

Really really really tired of the employees at this location not looking at the ticket from an online order. It is REPETITIVE at this location. Everytime I order extra meat or add cheese in a sandwich, it is never there and I have to call and get the $ credited back to my account. 16 inch subs never cut in half when asked. Really just going to start going out of my way to a further location. Simple reading skills clearly lack at this location.

Food is always great and the service is always pretty stellar. The only "negative" experience I've had at this store is an order not arriving 30 minutes after ordering it and that was because they were very busy that day, and the employee who answered the phone was super apologetic and let me know it'd be heading out in a few moments (they're at my place of employment within 15 minutes at most every other time outside of that once)

Rude, extremely rude! Was calling an order in for my kids school. The first man on the phone hung up on me was extremely rude and rushing me on the phone for my online order and huffing and puffing. Upon being rushed I was trying to explain the order needed to be dropped off by 12. Upon hanging up the guy asked if I’d like to add an additional tip, I stated no he huffed and puffed I asked what’s the issue and he made a statement that he’ll see if he can have a 3rd party drop off the food because this was another no tip of the morning mind you it was only 45 minutes after opening (10:45am) and I stated I didn’t know a tip wasn’t added since the price was already at 18$. I said go ahead and add a 2$ tip the guy got extremely argumentative and stated he will not accept the tip and see what he could do to make sure the food makes it there by 12:30 and that he’ll tip the driver himself and I said sir it’s no problem I didn’t know how the fees work, if adding an additional tip will get my kids food to school by lunchtime please add it. He argued service fees aren’t a tip! I asked to speak to a manager and over heard him talking to a lady stating I was screaming and yelling at him which was false as I was also at work which was why I was calling in an order for my kid.This guy said he is the manager and that he could not give me his name and I’m wasting him time here’s an email to express concerns. I asked him to repeat it so I could grab a paper and pen to write the contact information down and he told me he has too many customers and doesn’t have time to deal with me and hung up again. I’ll see if u can get it there by then and hung up. At this point I’m writing a review as this is absurd. The service was terribly rude. Will never use this place again.

Really love getting off a long shift at the hospital after ordering this at noon and not being able to eat all day. Finally get to eat and there is literally one slice of meat on this whole 8 inch sub. There is more cheese here than anything. Really disappointed, won’t be back to this location. ??

I agree with the last persons review. I called an order in and was called back by an employee to tell me they ran out of bread to make sandwiches. Ok strange I mean you are a sandwich shop but ok. He told me to give him 35 minutes and if that would be ok. I said that was fine. I show up 35 minutes later, wait patiently for the 3 customers ahead of me because my order was not in the shelf. They prepare these customers sandwiches. 10 minutes goes by and I tell the girl I am here for my pick up. She tells me there is no bread and it will be 20 minutes. I told her someone called me over 35 minutes ago and her reply was “I don’t know who would have done that” I then asked why the 3 in front me me got sandwiches made with the bread I ordered mine on and some rude guy tells me they were here first. I told him the situation and he didn’t care at all. Very rude and ignorant along with the girl taking orders. This place has turned into another hole. Clean your restaurant too. It’s filthy.

We decided to order party sandwiches from Jimmy John's for our Christmas eve party. We chose them bc we remembered good quantity of meat. Instead we got subway quantity or less. Lettuce must have been frozen because the sandwiches were soggy and even soggier the next day. Dripping. We placed order couple days ahead and asked for sides of toppings pickles,onions and jalapeño crisps in case someone wanted to add them to sandwiches but they were not ready when we arrived and had to wait for requested sides while our guests waited. Only plus was everyone was friendly from phone ordering to in store employees. Will not order for parties again. Was embarrassing.
