Ordered $25 full slab of ribs, and instead oven or grilling, they just saturate them in BBQ sauce and toss them in a MICROWAVE!(I watched the cook do it) They also forgot a part of the order of a beef. For the cherry on top they charge 75 cents for a little cup of hot sauce. The guy with all the face piercing, was super rude and antagonistic when I asked why it was 75 cents for a little cup of sauce after spending the amount of money I did. Also this isnt the first time I experienced rude staff here. Another thing they have under cooked sausage on their slices, asking to give someone food poisoning. Place is trash. Used to be good, but the owner got greedy and half ass, and it reflects in the food and service. I highly suggest not to give this place any kind of business.

A really nice place to eat at it is very family friendly. The prices are amazing. It's like you're living in 2014. The staff are extremely nice. They're always fast. The food is always hot. Tastes great. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody 10 out of 10 and I do honest reviews as well. This isn't just given for nothing. Thank you for the mountain dew as well. Really made my day!

Giving it a 5 star for the food, but the service and the atmosphere was not it. The cashier automatically assumed I was cutting someone in front and ignored me until I told her they told me to go In front. The employee who proceeded to get my order just left the pizza in the counter without acknowledging whose it was or calling out the order name, and when I asked for napkins he looked disgusted and just placed them on top of the pizza box. I been there multiple times and I can tell you I won’t be coming back, they need better employees with better customer service.

We love to order from Joey’s. New Lenox is the closest location for us but we have had delivery from Orland as well and both the food and service from each location is always above and beyond our expectations. One of my favorites is the chicken gyro platter. The chicken is seasoned to perfection and there is enough for me to easily eat this for 2 meals. The people taking the order as well as the delivery driver (Orland location) are always so friendly. You can tell it’s such a well run business. We have had catering several times as well and they are always phenomenal with both portion, price and service for that as well

I went in to buy a slice of pizza and there were 2 slices waiting to be sold which had been sitting for awhile..the cook brought out a hot pizza before I placed order. I asked if i could have pizza from fresh pan and was told no by manager. BTW the cheese on the side had already started to harden to the pan. He said I could wait until those two slices sold if I wanted some from other pan. I waited about 5 minutes more and he finally said he had no idea how long it would take! I had to go so i had no choice but take the old dry slices. POOR management, you would sell old cold food to ANYONE and was proud of it, boosted he was the manager. He should take training from his staff who was pleasant. I know this is not common practice he was just being a jerk.

We eat at Joey’s at least once a week and absolutely love it! You truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.. everything is delicious. One of the things I appreciate most is how many gluten-free options they offer. As someone with a gluten allergy, it’s such a relief to have a place that’s so accommodating. The staff is always incredibly kind and friendly, making every visit feel welcoming. Whether we’re dining in or visiting one of their food trucks, the service is always professional and top-notch. Joey’s is a 10/10 every single time!
