If your not going to open the dining room.then close it permanently..not a different thing each day
Supposed to be open until 9. Got there at 8:25 waited 5 minutes to order. Finally drove around to the pickup window and a young girl is inside cleaning, she comes to the window and tells me they're closed. I looked at my watch and she says "yeah, we had to close early" no reason given and no apology! Had other problems at this location. Owner needs to hire better management. Popeyes was great!!

Who close their doors at 5.00 pm on a Saturday night? Second time this has happened to us no way to run a business! Where is the general manager they should be behind the counter if they don’t hire enough people!,

Ordered a bucket of extra crispy, receipt says extra crispy, also was packed and double checked for accuracy per receipt but was not extra crispy. Also the original recipe I did receive in error taste funky. Manager said I had to bring back the order to prove it was incorrect. I had it delivered by GrubHub because I didn't have a car available. Not a very helpful manager and will not be ordering from this location again. Best KFC is in Diamond IL and they would never have made this mistake without accepting responsibility and making it right. New Lenox should take a trip to Diamond to learn how you run a restaurant.

I ordered two 8 piece deals today. This is the second time in a month that they didn’t have any available except for a 15 minute wait for extra crispy. No receipt either.

KFC in New Lenox, IL My son worked at KFC and was recently fired, which is within the company’s rights, as Illinois is an at-will employment state. However, my concern lies with how the situation was handled. He’s only 16, and this was his first job. The manager claimed he was fired for calling off, which is simply untrue. My son has never been absent or late and often worked additional shifts when asked, even outside of his regular schedule. As his parents, we required him to text us his weekly schedule, and we ensured he was transported to work every day he was scheduled. This level of accountability makes it clear that the claim against him was false. It’s disappointing and shameful for KFC to hire young people and treat them unfairly, especially when this was his first job. The way this was handled caused him unnecessary distress, even making him cry. I hope KFC reflects on how they manage and support young employees, as this experience has left a negative impression of the company.
The beading on the chicken is chewy. Not recommended. Go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional and I waited for my food with an apology for the length of time I waited and there are too many children working there. Seems like they need some structure within. I'll never return. I'll travel to the others with satisfaction of service.

This was a number 2 meal. I am sickened with how awful this place has turned out. KFC use to be my go to cheat day for the month. Not anymore. What is all this brown/black in the chicken!? It's not burnt or anything. Just slimy black brown gunk!
Our drinks were handed that were on the counter also for god knows how long. Watered down and everything. Only good part are the mashed potatoes. But given the chicken, I am scared to eat that too.

Ordered the meal for 2 online and selected the free 3 piece tender and they instead charged me for the tenders and basically told me oh well and that I had to call corporate which wasted my time and just transfered me repeatedly, literally a bunch of thieves.

If this place can get zero stars it would. Waited longer than 45 minutes to get my order. I checked the order and I’m missing 4 out of 6 sides. I get out to go inside and they locked all the doors. It’s about 6:30pm at this time and they don’t close till 9:00pm. I knocked and all of the doors and the employees are no where to be seen. I go out to the back door and you see the whole crew standing in the back I go to knock and I tell them what was wrong and they tell me to get back in line and when I do they tell me they gave me all my sides. I tell them no you can look you gave me two mashed potatoes the guy there said we made your order twice. I’m thinking to myself so where did the first order go? I’m like ok then I want my money back you can take the chicken back the guys said ok you can keep the chicken. They gave me a refund. I get home and look at the gravy and it’s all water. Never will go there again. And I will be calling corporate to make a complain about how unprofessional they all were.

As a former employee this is a disgusting store poor management! Should be shut down and would be if inspection was done on the regular bugs on the food, I have pictures also this place needs to close asap ..
