With so many places now to get chicken KFC is not as tasty and rather expensive. They need to step up their game. Nothing special to get us to come back. Jewel, Berkots, Caines and Popeye are all better.And somewhat cheaper.

Listen to these reviews. The franchise owner needs to get his/her head out of their a**. Store was closing early and refused to cook any chicken. This was at 5:30pm. Go to any number of other chicken places on route 30 instead.

Did not get my whole order in drive through, on hold for 45 min , had phone down I heard them talking m g this f no cursing the whole time. Call back would not answer!!!!

Was just on hold for 37 mins!! Called to let them know my order thru the drive thru was not all in there. Man answered phone told me to hold, sat on the phone could hear everything that they were saying.i could 2 guys calling each other Mother F’ers , F that I’m not making it, hell no, etc. all while I sat on hold for 37 mins. Then someone picked up the phone and muted it. No wonder they forgot part of my order, because they forget they have someone waiting on the phone to talk to a manager.

Worse pot pie ever. Usually the chicken and vege are in a nice creamy base. Nope. No broth whatsoever. Everything was dry. Disgusting.

Tonight's meal was simply awful and a huge waste of money. The original recipe chicken was extra greasy..like it had been made hours before, and the food was not even close to hot...chicken and mac n cheese, and the mashed potatoes all tasted terrible. Two of us both felt sick after this dinner. The biscuits were doughy and underbaked..even the fake honey could not make them better. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control at KFC in NL. Called the restaurant to complain to the manager but the phone just rang and went unanswered. Buyer beware.

Service excellent food had to wait more than 2 minutes.
I paid for the famous bowl with 5 nuggets. Workers must have been too lazy to give me all 5 or they’re trying to keep inventory costs down for this multimillion dollar corporation instead of feeding their community. They decided to rip up one nugget and call that good. The refund process took half an hour and they only refunded 5$ on a 12$ receipt.Mac and cheese on the wraps was ice cold and tasted atleast a day old. If you don’t want to provide what we pay for, CLOSE THE STORE, but do not scam your community because I promise that I will get my 12$ back from kfc and much more nowVisit was 11/22 at 8:09 pm

The food portion is extremely small these days. Chicken looks like it's from a baby with no meat on the bone. The mash potatoes are small and almost seem like instant, not like they used to be. I feel they are extremely over priced for what you get!! Get it together or close the doors! Stop ripping people off!!

We came here Monday just for a quick bite to eat. Big mistake that was. The guy working the drive-thru seemed like he was either high or very sleepy. But it seemed like he was more high. You can tell something was not mentally clicking. We ordered the two wraps combo. I asked for a diet Dr Pepper with no ice and repeated it twice and the guy gave me Diet Coke with tons of ice. The chicken was not very good. The mac & cheese on one of the wraps was absolutely disgusting and I'm pretty sure it was from the week before. The Tortillas seemed old and were breaking in the bag. Literally the only thing that was good was the fries.

I was there at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. There were four people in line in front of me and probably six or seven cars in the drive-through. The one lady in front of me did a Phone order and it said it was ready 20 minutes ago on her phone And the employee told her it would be another 30 or 40 minutes. It was not done. What a disaster management needs to get in there and help.

Great food. The only problem I had a couple times is the cashier takes my coupon and still tells me the same total I was given before the coupon I had to tell the cashier that I gave the coupon for a reason and what’s my total after the coupon and then they corrected it but still when someone gives you a coupon you need to put it in and not act like it doesn’t exist. That’s the only thing I think this location needs to work on.
