Placed an order online for a medium uncomplicated pizza and 2 house salads. Got a text from door dash 50 minutes later saying the delivery was cancelled and to call the restaurant for more information. Called the store for more information. Got put on hold for 7 minutes to be told that a door dash driver picked up the order 2 minutes ago. We live 10 minutes from the restaurant. 30 minutes later I call back. Got put on hold again. My husband called while I was on hold and spoke to a guy. Said we wanted a refund. He asked if we still want the pizza, my husband responded with "sure, assuming this guy shows up since no one seems to know where he is". They said they're going to have their own driver bring over the order in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later, still without anything, husband called again to demand a refund and wouldn't get off the phone until it was confirmed. Got told "sorry about that" enough times for it to lose meaning. Eff this place. Oh and still nothing.

I ordered 2 pizzas 2 weeks ago, one deep dish and one regular, both were terrible, we could barely eat them. Neither had any flavor and both were very undercooked, won't do that again!

Worst pizza and experience ever. Ordered online. It was delivered COLD! And, I had to call them to verify status of delivery time because app suddenly changed delivery from 3:23 to 4:19!

The real deal. Sets the standard for Chicago deep dish pizza. Great balance of golden crust, zesty tomato sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. I had the veggie but I imagine anything from this place is great. Oh, and the salad is super-fresh.

please take note of what kind of place this is!! i was driving for them and the GM Ru needs to be exposed for what he really is! He goes all day running around saying i am number one GM i am greatest GM ever!! I was ask to come to work there by the only manager there that is full of integrity, class and greatest of all time! He [Doro] i worked for in indiana at lou's and found him to be out of previous 500 managers i have had in my 50 plus years working to be number one! great awesome man!! Doro talked me into leaving a good job delivering pizza in indiana for 10.00 a hour to drive to new lenox 30 miles plus, 40 minute drive one way for 7.80 a hour! you might say crazy but i loved working for this great man! He has another young man helping him as manager also very good man! Anyway i worked a couple weeks everything was great! Then i went to Ru and ask him to do better because 5 times i told him you have to many drivers and nobody is making any money at all!! Mainly not even one delivery a hour! 5 times i ask very politely to do what is right!! Several times he comes up asking drivers to go home when they just started, including me from Hammond Indiana! 5 times i told him talk to Doro and stop messing me over all the time!! 3 times i know of Ru stole tips from me and lied so many times! One of those times i told Doro what he did and yes Doro was really upset with him! After Doro talked to him behind closed doors Ru agreed he had made again a very very bad mistake to which he said he needed to apologize to me and tell me he is sorry! Instead of doing right like he said he started making things very very bad for me, trying to get me fired!! After more then 5 times now he again has way to many drivers in and again 4 of us don't even take one order a hour!! For the 6th time in 3 weeks i worked once again 8 hours having 6 deliveries and total of 32.00 tips and went across the street to five guys and my luch was 33.00 two burgers one fry! I think you can figure out the anger he caused me for now over 6 times trying to talk to him! Yes i was upset and i promise you would have been as well! Yes i am so guilty of raising my voice after so pathetic treatment from this guy! I dont want to waste anymore of your time but he did fire me for raising my voice, never curse, and been told by so many in management that they would have said calm down or i will suspent you a couple days without pay!! any way you need to know this egomaniac, scum, weirdo, goofy, in love with himself guy has done!! A scum bag is a person that only likes to make things a lot worse then they are and will at any cost make your life miserable!! Past facts before i went to work there are, Ru has had several complaints about acting weird in front of several young ladies there! I personaly saw him on 2 different times walk outside the building dissapearing out of site with one young lady!!! This is wrong in anybody's opinion! I then got a hold of corporate, district manager and owner without anything being done! Found out they are all big liars, phony people that backed this man 100%! so much scumbags in this organization! Was told by scumbag corporate and district manager Gomez that there would be good investigation that was just!!! They said will get back to you in couple days!! After over two weeks i finally called them and they said we did the investigation and you are fired!!! these scumbag liars did not even talk to the one and only great boss Doro! Not shocked by them once again dis-respecting this great man!! Never any appreciation for great people just disrespect after 14 years! And the owner never returned my email, thats what scum silver spoon feed children that daddy paid their full life in lots of money do!! zero respect!!! never had never will!! pathetic scum at best!! Please take your business to beggars they respect their drivers with 16.75 pay per hour not 7.80 And drivers at lou's you need get union in there ASAP to stop another situation from happening from scumbags that care less about you!!! Placed an order, waited over 1 hour for delivery only to receive the wrong thing. Called the GM and explained the mishap. Placed another order only to be told I couldn’t have it delivered. This location has terrible customer service.

Let me say this location knows how to keep customers! I place an on line order, got messed up, waited patiently 45 minutes for my pizzas because they made a mistake! The manager gave me a free frozen deep dish pizza and a pint of Italian lemon ice! Thank you very much, now that's business!
