Was here on 12/6 535 am usually have greater today I got basically poorly wrapped breakfast sandwiches and we're not fresh an Indian kid was working the window I called and asked why the food was like this and not even properly wrapped he was rude and quite dirty looking way to go McDonald's.

I order a spicy Mc Chicken combo w/Sprit , two Big Mac Combos w/Orange & Sprite and a Daily Double with a med fry. Paid a little over $32.00. The cashier repeated order back. Get to the window received all but two medium fries to be treated by a bad attitude manger name Erika, Erica how ever spelled since she refused to spell her name out. I now know that this McDonald’s is not a place I would care to do business with when you have management who responds nasty. She thought I was joking about the review hopefully higher up will deal with her and put her back through hospitality training. Erica/Erika not all black people one free stuff sometimes we just wanna be given good courtesy

Food and service were good. Very crowded time of day. The parking lot has a terrible design that requires you to park in the back of the building and walk through a very busy drive through line. Having a kid walking with me, I couldn't help but notice how dangerous this might be. Nice McDonald's, but after the food was brought to us, I had to go back up and ask for and then wait for napkins and ketchup. It's modeled in the new style where they have nothing out in the main floor, kind of like a prison. I'm not a fan of these newly designed McDonald's at all. Clean, but very cold and unfriendly eating are. The staff was great though, very hard workers.
Mac's is way to expensive for it's products, PEROID.

What is the point of ordering through the app when you still have to wait 20 minutes if you park in a spot. Drive thru was busy as usual decided to park for curbside. Worse decision ever. Either they need to fix the app so once orse is placed it's made or figure out why curbside here you wait 15 plus minutes everytime

No flavor fries 🍟, no salt, asked for a 6 piece chicken nuggets and the box only had 4, no ketchup for my big Mac, ask for a vanilla cone and they bearly put some ice cream on the top with a hollow bottom on the cone, I would not recommend buying food at that McDonald's it's the worst one I ever been too.
