Numerous times my order got screwed up. Asked for a plain item but they always tend to add something on it. Item or 2 might be missing. I advise to check your order good before leaving.

The lady in there with short hair who I’m pretty sure is the manager, told me I had to have a receipt to exchange my meal after I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup and they gave me the cheeseburgers with everything on them including pickles (which I’m allergic to. I told her that I was allergic to the pickles also and even gave her my old food back as well, she still refused to give me my correct order and was extremely rude about it. She should just take my word for it, I will also be suing her and McDonald’s for this situation.

Not gonna lie. Ordered only ketchup but what do I get everything on it. I order apple slices they just give extra fries.
WHY even go through the printing process of the order and have employees pretend to read and not deliver. It’s like pure lazyness or idk you come up with an excuse because I can’t.

Drive-thru service is usually good. They get the order right and are courteous. Inside, at the counter can be a hassle.

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your food, it happens every time, this location is so incompetent. Takes 20 minutes to get a happy meal in drive through, go inside and no one is at order counter either

Building is not in the best shape, but the last few times I have been at McDonalds, my order has been miss understood, having to repeat myself several of times, to a point where I am trying to keep my frustration to a minimum

To my fellow Black African Americans, this is a message for you: do NOT work at this place. This is the most racist, hypocritical restaurant I have ever worked at. For starters, they will keep you in one position for an extended period. If you’re lucky, you’ll be put on dishes. All the managers are lazy and constantly insult customers who place large orders, calling them “fat” even though they’re just hungry. This is completely rude and disgusting behavior.
While they may schedule you for the days you request, don’t expect to work more than four hours. Trust me, they do not care. They use the excuse of “low labor needs” and “not enough customers” to justify this, but it’s not hard to see why customers don’t return.
I worked there for a couple of years and had to teach myself most of the skills required because they don’t provide proper training. The pay isn’t good either. Any signs or promises about promotions are lies. Some employees who have been there for over three years are still earning around $14 to $15 an hour, which is absurd. And that’s for being regular crewmember.
As a former employee, I can tell you that everything I’m saying is true. The work is half-hearted, and cleanliness is barely maintained. One of the managers who just turned 18 and they are constantly short-staffed. Many of the employees are putting in their two weeks’ notice because of how poorly they are treated.
To all the Black people out there, I strongly advise you not to apply to this restaurant, and this goes for anyone considering working here. They might delete this review because they know it reveals the truth.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the area. We live down the street and visit often. Every. Single. Visit. we are asked to pull forward and wait 5-10 minutes because food isn’t ready. The reason varies but the constant is this food is never fast.
When I asked the staff why they said if they don’t make cars pull up their manager yells at them.
How about getting better at having food ready rather than hiding the problem through manipulating the drive through timer.

All we got this day was two ice cream cones. One was fine but the other one she started swirling the ice cream and the top of the cone didn't even fill the cone and it kept falling off she did it three times and didn't even understand she has to fill the cones first not start swelling around on the top of the cone
