Have ordered food there several times. Always pretty good. Had chicken parm sandwich yesterday and it was not good at all. Chicken was severely overcooked and truly inedible. I hope this is an isolated incident. I wish them well, but they need to hear the bad as well as the good. That's what makes a restaurant successful.

I ordered food togo. They told me 15 minutes. The 15 minute wait is actually longer than 30 minutes. I was waiting for 10 and they just started cooking some of the food. When confronted, the worker was an extremely rude young woman. She said we’re busy in a snotty voice and threw the food on the counter. Wish I didn’t pay as I woulda walked out. However the food is good

Very pleased with our dinner take out at Pony Express. Family Had soup, Shawncy, fried shrimp, fries, smashed pony potatoes, sautéed vegetable medley. All was hot, fresh and delicious. Cole slaw was excellent too! Highly recommended.

Wow! Ordered the tailgate package for a Sunday Funday. Everything was incredible. Was ready on time, plentiful and delicious!!!.... Edit 10/23/23.... Loved it so much last week and so we ordered again this week! Tailgate package AND rotisserie chicken package for a family dinner. It was wonderful! These 2 meals served 15 (11 adults, 4 children) and still had leftovers!The only thing I wish I would have asked is if they could have broken the chickens down, so that we didn't have to fuss w/ that when we had company. I would gladly pay a surcharge for that.
