Nice staff, food was decent. But Popeyes… $14 dollars for 3 chicken tenders a fry and a small drink… are you serious?? That’s ridiculous.

When cleaning counter snd using sanitation on sponge you need to change your gloves before u put paper in box to get order ready.

Would love to eat there if they’d answer drive thru. Then went inside & waited over 5 min for a simple hello or please wait as they were busy. Terrible service I’ll take my business elsewhere.

$140 order completely wrong, this was for a get together and most the food was for kids. This was bad from the get go. To start with I picked up the food and they forgot to include the gallon of tea. Luckily I only went a couple blocks before realizing and came back, inconvenient but I would have not complained about a mistake like that. Then I get home(15-20 minutes away) and realize the classic chicken tenders for the kids are bone in chicken... I called in and they wanted to to come and swap it out... Nice offer but I'm not wasting another hour on their mistake when I already have guests over waiting and hungry, so the manager agreed to give us a free 16pc tender meal next time we come in, which is at least something. Then once I deboned half the chicken for the kids I find out it is spicy meaning the kids can't eat any of the chicken we purchased. I called back again and the only thing they offered was to remake the order. I'm sorry but I'm not wasting another hour on a business that can't get it together. This is outrageous and I will NOT be returning.

Been there a total of 10 times since they opened, only 2 orders were correct . They actually gave me honey bbq wings with no sauce . Second time they game me a dark meat combo which I ordered white only. One girl who was at the window was argumentative when they get the Order wrong. Third time they gave me a leg and a breast, which was a white meat chicken meal. All orders were through the drive through, all mobile orders none were ever ready when I went drive through, the last time I waited 15 min just for another wrong wing order . This Popeyes just can’t get it right unless u speak another language. Don’t go here , the Popeyes in Mokena is so much better .

Went there today to pick up 3 meal combos. One meal combo was supposed to be a LG with two sides and the other two were Regulars with 1 side. Per the website and the Drive thru menu you get two sides with a LG meal. When she told me my total it was $48. I thought that was a bit steep for 3 meals. When I got to the window I asked the cashier if she could repeat my meal, she did and it was "correct" and then I gave her my debit card. After she gave me the receipt I looked it over and noticed she charged me for 2 REG meals and a LG meal, but I was also charged for a LG mac n cheese by itself (Which was $8 dollars, and this is a SMALL size cup for their "LG"). I said these were supposed to be meals, I didn't ask for the mac n cheese separate. I asked if I could give her back the mac n cheese and get a refund. The girl seemed clueless and grabbed another lady who just said WE DONT REFUND. So I said okay, cool. I'll never be back and I'm writing a review. There is NO way they couldn't have refunded me or at least even apologized, which they didn't. At the end of the day it was an $8 dollar mac n cheese, it is what it is, but they are ridiculous for that one.

Also the mac n cheese was soaked in oil, they messed up and gave me one spicy sandwich and one regular (They were both supposed to be spicy) and the biscuits were hard. Not a good day with them.

Been here twice and something is not right. The bag smell reminds me of unfiltered fry oil. Either it is not being replaced quick enough or not being filtered between enough. Burnt off putting smell.
