Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I think I've been there 5x, and every time they seemed annoyed to have a customer.

Loved my chicken sandwich my wife had blackend tenders that were to die for, so far Popeyes has been the fresh and tasty, made right then hot crispy and so dam Good.

Clean, good service, spicy chicken sandwich delicious hot snd larger than the sandwich in Frankfort Bun also good and hot when served. I will go the extra miles for this one

Decent service, chicken sandwhich is like room temp not even hot?! I got the #3 is my usual go to that sandwhich needs to be a lot warmer for the cheese and bacon!! Plus the fries always taste like stale,Do better Popeyes!

The lady was so nice in the drive thru, food was hot and immaculate - way better price, food, and service than the new Lenox bdubs.

Nice staff, food was decent. But Popeyes… $14 dollars for 3 chicken tenders a fry and a small drink… are you serious?? That’s ridiculous.

When cleaning counter snd using sanitation on sponge you need to change your gloves before u put paper in box to get order ready.

Would love to eat there if they’d answer drive thru. Then went inside & waited over 5 min for a simple hello or please wait as they were busy. Terrible service I’ll take my business elsewhere.

$140 order completely wrong, this was for a get together and most the food was for kids. This was bad from the get go. To start with I picked up the food and they forgot to include the gallon of tea. Luckily I only went a couple blocks before realizing and came back, inconvenient but I would have not complained about a mistake like that. Then I get home(15-20 minutes away) and realize the classic chicken tenders for the kids are bone in chicken... I called in and they wanted to to come and swap it out... Nice offer but I'm not wasting another hour on their mistake when I already have guests over waiting and hungry, so the manager agreed to give us a free 16pc tender meal next time we come in, which is at least something. Then once I deboned half the chicken for the kids I find out it is spicy meaning the kids can't eat any of the chicken we purchased. I called back again and the only thing they offered was to remake the order. I'm sorry but I'm not wasting another hour on a business that can't get it together. This is outrageous and I will NOT be returning.
