I ordered food and gotten a salad .. specific instructions were no cheese add cold chicken. I got my salad with cheese no chicken.. I went to the counter to let them know the order was wrong . The girl was rude when was told to do it again the salad. She came back with the salad with no chicken . I asked her where is the chicken she stated this salad does not have chicken. I said I payed for it. She walked away grabbing her headphones with the same gloves she did thr food with. Totally nasty I left disappointed Service sucked and customer service needs attention. Garbage was filled to the top off garbage can/ very dirty restaurant. Won't go back to them. Your worker that helped me needs to adjust her attitude and maybe work somewhere else.

I do enjoy Portillo’s food. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Would highly recommend.
Very nice environment. I stopped by yesterday and drove straight past the employee taking orders on foot lol. But that employee was nice and they all provided fast service and awesome food. Definitely will stop by again soon.
