Response: No need for further discussion. Call the New Lenox location and find out why they are not serving crinkle fries on 11/09/24.
First time trying Canes. Fries were not fresh and the portion was very disappointing like the size of a small fry at McDonalds :(. Not even crinkle cut fries and that is what Canes advertises.

In the realm of culinary dreams, I sought a feast divine,
Yet, alas, my plate bore witness to a grievous, cruel design.
For where golden toast should lay, a coleslaw mound appeared,
And chicken, once so warm and crisp, now cold and unendearing.
The fries, too, bore the chill, their warmth a distant ghost,
A meal that promised comfort, now a shadow of a boast.
Oh, how the heart does yearn for what was meant to be,
But in the end, disappointment is all that's left for me. food was cold and they gave me coleslaw instead of toast some fries weren’t even cooked

I don't go much of anywhere because I cannot deal with chaos.We just left here and it was an amazing time. Good music, great people.A very positive experience. Will definitely be back with my family. We have a few Raising Canes to choose from hands down this is our restaurant.

Every time I go I get fast service, hot food, everything's very very good. There's so much food I can never finish it. Best chicken and sauce ever.

Stopped in for lunch with my three kiddos. Both the outdoor and indoor eating spaces were very clean and welcoming.
Front staff and management worked really well together and we're very friendly.

For my son’s birthday he wanted Canes. We went to the Nee Lennox location and he asked if they give anything for birthdays. We thought he would get a free drink or fries. The manager said he would check and come back. He came back with a huge gift!! We couldn’t believe it. That really made his birthday! Thank you so much!!!
