Rosati's Pizza Sports Pub

I have had plenty of bad (and even downright terrible) pizzas in the New Lenox area. But I have never felt so inclined to leave a review. For starters it showed up 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if it was not also cold. And aside from what looks like the work of a 3 year old distributing the toppings in giant clumps, I asked for it extra thin and well done. Both requests were blatantly disregarded. Given the prices of “cheap”food these days, it would be nice to at least see a little sense of pride put into making it. Add this place to the long list of terrible pizza options in New Lenox.

Food is amazing as well as the service! I love the vibe! Everyone is friendly and I needed some condiments and a nice guy gave them to me. Will keep coming back!

We had the lunch specials yesterday. There were three of us and we all loved the place. Beef sandwich and meatball parmigiana was delicious. The server was great even though he was also bartender for a crowded bar. We’ll be back!??

I ordered a lunch special today an Italian beef that I have gotten many times. I usually order online but today I was next to the restaurant so I ordered it from inside the store. The pricing came up different than the app so I mentioned it to the person that took my order up front. I showed him the checkout order with the added cheese charge and sales tax. He went to the manager. Rather than her steeping up front to address me she sent the young man up with a bar menu to point out the price. She didn’t take the time to address my concerns or look at the app with the final price with everything including cheese sales tax. I just don’t like when people are treated poorly. The guy who took my order was kind and helpful as he could be.

We love this place. And the food is so good. My only complaint is it takes forever to get the food. My husband and I ordered at 630 last night and did not get our food til 745. Also my friend said their burgers take almost a half hour because they don't fry or grill them they bake them. Who does that? Maybe the kitchen staff needs to make things faster

We normally love this place. Past few times we have gotten pizza by the slice the pizza was not finished. Really doughy and a little raw.

It was just okay. I came in to get a slice of cheese pizza at 11:45am. The pizza was not fresh it was hot but not fresh. It was bland and didn't have much flavor. The restaurant was not very clean and plenty of staff just hanging around talking. Paid $10 for two slices. It wasn't worth it.

I go to Rosati’s Pizza for paint class. I go early and get either an Appetizer or pizza. The food is good and atmosphere and wait staff are all good!

My mom and I went this past week and enjoyed ourselves and had delicious food! The young manager with red hair was extremely polite and she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal! Great establishment ☺️
