Good food

I ordered a lunch special today an Italian beef that I have gotten many times. I usually order online but today I was next to the restaurant so I ordered it from inside the store. The pricing came up different than the app so I mentioned it to the person that took my order up front. I showed him the checkout order with the added cheese charge and sales tax. He went to the manager. Rather than her steeping up front to address me she sent the young man up with a bar menu to point out the price. She didn’t take the time to address my concerns or look at the app with the final price with everything including cheese sales tax. I just don’t like when people are treated poorly. The guy who took my order was kind and helpful as he could be.

We love this place. And the food is so good. My only complaint is it takes forever to get the food. My husband and I ordered at 630 last night and did not get our food til 745. Also my friend said their burgers take almost a half hour because they don't fry or grill them they bake them. Who does that? Maybe the kitchen staff needs to make things faster

We normally love this place. Past few times we have gotten pizza by the slice the pizza was not finished. Really doughy and a little raw.

It was just okay. I came in to get a slice of cheese pizza at 11:45am. The pizza was not fresh it was hot but not fresh. It was bland and didn't have much flavor. The restaurant was not very clean and plenty of staff just hanging around talking. Paid $10 for two slices. It wasn't worth it.

I go to Rosati’s Pizza for paint class. I go early and get either an Appetizer or pizza. The food is good and atmosphere and wait staff are all good!

My mom and I went this past week and enjoyed ourselves and had delicious food! The young manager with red hair was extremely polite and she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal! Great establishment ☺️

Jordan was our bartender/server and did an amazing job!! It was a busy Sunday football day and she went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional!

When ordering spaghetti and meatballs for carryout, check your bag. Two orders, no meatballs. I'd go back if it wasn't the coldest day of the year and if the kid didn't sound so amused over the phone for his mistake. It's disappointing because I just told some people this was a good Rosati's.

I ordered the Fabulous Four pizza 2 days ago and I am very disappointed. This is the size of the green peppers and there were so many on the pizza plus it was bland that I couldn’t even enjoy it. At one point this was one of my favorite pizza places and I was looking forward to going back because pizza is my weekend meal but that was a wasted $36

My daughter is 8 and she said “that man did more than he needed to” our delivery driver forgot our pop and in order to bring it to us quicker her stopped at the closest store to bring it to us. As a mom with two young kids it feels great to be looked after and cared for from our pizza delivery guy.
