I often stop by this Starbucks and they always make everything right ! The employees are always nice and very welcoming, the bathrooms are always clean, the lobby is always clean and even during a rush their area of work is always clean. You can tell straight away that they have a manager or shift supervisor that is always keeping things clean, organized and their employees happy. It is a very busy Starbucks so don’t expect to be out in 5 minutes! Also, their workers are always smiling without being scolded at and it always looks like they are having a great day even in a rush. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could !! Definitely give those managers + employees a raise 😆 they are always working hard while being organized and clean !!! Not all Starbucks work like this taking care of both their employees and their customers. Also, they played The Lumineers! Whoever had the aux has taste !!!

Drinks were ok, but you might want to let your staff know that using blue permanent markers on plastic cups that sweat when holding a cold drink isn’t a great idea - the ink runs and ended up staining my hands and shirt.

I typically don’t write reviews often, but this felt necessary. I go to this location in new Lenox because it is fast pace. I go through drive thru usually before work to get drinks in the morning around 10. The employees are always nice and welcoming. However, the young man that took my order and helped me at the window was on another level rude. I order two drinks today, an ice chai tea and an iced vanilla latte. I get to the window and the guy with curly hair and ear piercings did not greet me. Gave me my drinks and one of them was wrong. The latte was given hot when I had asked for iced. I know it was a small mistake and the workers are usually nice about it. Though, the guy gave me a dirty look and you can see in his body language he was annoyed. I work with customers in the food service so I understand how he felt but it was unprofessional. When I got my ice chai as well, it was mostly milk. I know I could have had it remade but I didn’t want to trouble him since he was already in a mood and I had to attend work on time.

I used to come to this location 2-3 times a day, but the overall atmosphere of this location is different than any other. A lot of the baristas are just very rude and the manager is terrible. She doesn’t care one bit about her customers. She is the only location that will not do a substitution on the base, even though the base is the exact same price. It makes no sense. It’s such a shame. They used to have such friendly employees, but they have mostly all left and either quit or moved to other locations because of the negative vibe here. I won’t go back, based on principle.

This location has increasing gotten better. The coffee is reliable. Emmi is always smiling, Rhealin is great too. I haven’t seen her in awhile but ask for them to help you and you’ll get the best service and drink!

It doesn’t take much to care, but everytime my wife walks there with our two kids she always tells me that the manager just sits and watches her and she struggles to pull open a heavy door with double stroller. They also need to stop with that tip line, especially when the order is wrong 80% of the time.

I’m not sure what happened these last couple of months to this location specifically, but the way I see it the management team needs to take a good look at who they have running the store. I used to love this Starbucks for its unique vibe and quality of life inside the cafe. Now, that’s a mere echo of the past due to whoever is now running these sad, exhausted partners. #FreeThem #Now

I usually have a great experience every time. But lately I’ve had my order wrong twice. First time I got no strawberries in my strawberry açaí refresher. This time I asked for extra strawberries in my strawberry açaí refresher and there was barely 1 and a half scoops if that. Asked for honey in my oatmeal and didn’t get any, and I didn’t get a spoon. I’ve been a customer here for years and especially with prices going up (I use Uber eats here a lot), it’s disappointing to have my order wrong twice in one month. Please do better, this was my pick me up before work and it made me sad. :(
