Love this place but recently it’s been a nightmare. I think they’ve outgrown the space or have had some turnover as they’ve messed up our drinks the last two orders.
People also standing right in front of the pickup and taking the wrong drinks doesn’t help, but I think that’s just because they’re swamped.

The staff is lovely. Always kind and thoughtful. Don't love the dogs in the store. I like dogs... Just not the store. Coffee is usually pretty good

Service was terrible the girl taking my order refused to make something that use to be on the menu she flat out said NOPE NOT ON THE MENU NOT MAKING IT, and no it was not busy at all.

They run out of things all the time!! Two trips downstairs the first one they couldn't make a Frappuccino. So we called down late afternoon, and it was a yes. Got down there and oh no we can make the 2 vanilla bean but not the mocha???

Normally I would give this place a 5/5 but they close early sometimes and are really unprofessional about it If the store says they are open till 9:30 they should stay open till 9:30 they usually lock the doors like 10 minutes early Normally I drive a large truck and their drive threw is too small for me Stoped by at 9:27 tried the door was locked I knocked a few times they did see me and even made eye contact I hoped in the car and pulled up to The drive at 9:28 Nobody answered at 9:30 I pulled up to find them turning off the lights and hiding in the back Very unprofessional to ignore people when you are supposed to open I get a really easy to make drink lol and have been pretty loyal to the store probley have spent thousands here over the years not exaggerating

I ordered an iced coffee and was given no sugar and asked for 3 packages I have hypoglycemia. I ordered a grande and was given a venti instead. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you have hypoglycemia. New Lenox doesn't like to think hypoglycemia exists just diabetes. I will never ho back there again for an iced coffee. I never had this problem in Junction City, Kansas. Heroin addicts rule New Lenox I'm 1 of 8 women in Will County who have never done it and never will. Again will never buy iced coffee from here hypoglycemia again does not exist to New Lenox residents

I just wanted to express this Starbucks workers are very friendly and extra-mile going. Every time I come especially in the morning, my iced coffee always has a positive message, even on my cup of water one time.
