Restaurant has been in middle of renovations - now with far less seating - for 6+ weeks. Toppings, such as cheese, are intermittently out of stock. Sauce bottles often end up with oils separating out, and most employees do not shake/mix bottle before applying sauce. Meatball sandwiches made by new employees end up having burned sauce which tastes disgusting- a combination of ignorance AND neglect to not be removing/cleaning the containers the meatballs are in. Not to mention, the new metal cooler in front of the meat station BLOCKS the CUSTOMER'S view as meat&cheese are applied. What happened to SUBWAY IS MY WAY? Wraps are no longer made with tortillas, but flatbreads to save $$$. Corporate targets are strangling this restaurant- which used to be the best Subway in the area!
