They never fill anything you purchase here horrible, I complain all the time and cakes corporate and still leave here with tacos that are a third filled

This is the slowest Taco Bell ever there is 4 cars in line and we all have been waiting 35 minutes to even move

Stood in dining room for 30+ minutes after ordering from kiosk. Rude manager (?) told me they were understaffed and I was welcome to complain (tada!)

Was in the drive through for 35 minutes only for them to give me the wrong food. Crazy.
Need to pay more and higher better employees. When u go inside no one ever acknowledge you. They look at uband just got back to doing nothing
There’s literally no reason I should be waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru of a Taco Bell. Don’t know what’s going on in there but this was not the first time.

ATTENTION OWNER/ DISTRICT MANAGER
This Taco Bell should be shut down to deep clean, re hire and train a whole new team. Operations are non existent and facilities condition are to the point of creating a food borne illness outbreak. I don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department?
Every inch of the place is dirty and disgusting! 2/6 11:20pm - 3 employees, not wearing uniform just chatting away in a circle in the Drive Thru area and using their cell phones, while the dinning room probably hasn’t been cleaned since dinner.
The people working there obviously don’t care and they know nothing is being done about it. Several instances of business closing 1-2 hours earlier.
Sometimes businesses have 1 bad Apple that they need to let go, however, this is happening all the time with all the employees working there.
This is absolutely managements responsibility - how can you have these people serve food to paying customers? This is obviously an ongoing issue based on reviews. I assure you are loosing business and will probably have a major issue with this place being the next E.coli outbreak on the news.
How many more 1 star reviews (just because we can’t do - negative reviews) do customers have to report for someone to do their job?
It’s simple - if you’re getting paid to do a job just do it, especially if people are trusting their health and spending their money to buy your food! UNBELIEVABLE - just so everyone knows the one on LaGrange Rd Frankfort IL is the same and probably owned or managed by the same people!

Drive through takes long they barely have people working overall I have this is the next thing closed around here.

Drive thru closed cause signs out. Stuff happens. Inside. Cashier. With nothing to do just stares at you and points you to the one kiosk working. Garbage everywhere in the lobby. Only person in there and it took ten minutes for my food. And two of the tacos were just half ass wrapped and tossed in the bag so the only thing stayed in the shell was the meat. But hey. Thank God we gave them all raises to 15 bucks an hour.
