Waitress did not take my order correctly. Not crowded, soup not served prior to entree. Didn’t even taste soup. Asked for American cheese received cheddar, no offer to return. Husbands steak fatty, over cooked served with too many onion straws not edible. Will not return. by the way cost $$$!

This was a few years ago now but they accommodated a party of 20-30 of my family very last minute after my dad’s funeral. I think I gave them less than 24 hours notice and they agreed right away. Super kind of them and I always love their food, would definitely recommend Tom Kelly’s!

Four of us went in waited a while to be seated. Nobody ever acknowledged us so we walked out and went elsewhere. This place must have staffing issues that they need to resolve. Will probably never go back after this. The staff that was there could have at least said we will be with you shortly, but nothing except a look in our direction.

A perfect place for friends and family. I love the atmosphere and decorations of Tom Kelly’s!! Love the environment, the service is great, cocktails, & most importantly~ the Food is chef’s kiss ? so proud of how far and long (against all odds of this business), TK’s has come since its opened ?? It’s one of my favorite places to go when I just want a good time with no hiccups !! Recommend!
Incorrectly posted kitchen hours. Ordered takeout at 8:45 after leaving Silver Cross with my sick son (hence the takeout) and ended up waiting in their parking lot for 20 minutes without any notice that the order wasn't going to be filled. Finally called to see what was going on to be told that the kitchen was closed. If your kitchen closes at 8:30, list that somewhere and don't accept online orders after that time.

There was hair in my food and my cup had a lipstick stain on it. They also charged me 34 DOLLARS for one singular lobster tail and it was smaller than 6 oz. Please don’t go there the management and ownership is cheap and will try to take as much money as they can from you.
