We got two wraps and a smoothie and we thought everything was fresh and delicious! Service was quick, nothing much more to say except we'll be back!

If you want to be treated bad.. this is the place for you. The young ladies that work here are as rude as it gets. So if that’s what you’re into this location is for you.

I was waiting in the store for over 25 minutes. The employees were cleaning and talking, not taking my order. A member was on her phone the whole time. I love tropical smoothie, but I do not recommend this location! Employees are rude and slow.

I went here a few years ago and had an awkward experience. Decided to give them another chance back in January of this year. Elyssa and another woman were working that afternoon. She failed to apply my coupon that she was actually holding right in her hand. I had to place the order again to be able to use the coupon. She said I'd get a refund for the first order she messed up. I asked twice for a receipt for the refund and was told they are unable to give me a receipt for the refund and had no way to do so. Any other store I return something to always provides me with a refund receipt. She gave me some line about having to show the manager but he wasn't in that day. I will never be bringing them any business again nor recommend them to anyone. Skip this place and go to the nearby Smoothie King for much better professional service.
