What a cool little local take on where the ihop used to be. I love that! The food was what you would expect, and well executed. My only gripe is that the coffee actually seemed good and no one could tell me what it was or who the roaster was. It's a great opportunity to activate another local brand, but more importantly I believe that a breakfast or brunch spot will live and die by their coffee. There was a few other points during the visit that seemed like 'a lack of attention to detail', and it didnt seem very clean inside, so the coffee thing was just what stood out in the end. I wouldn't mind coming back but probably won't be my first choice.Kid-friendliness: Great waffles for kids!

Passed by this place many times... tried it for the first time with my wife... very speedy service. Food came out almost instantly. Service was great, never had an empty beverage. Skillet taste amazing and eggs were cooked to perfection. Definitely would go back.

The stuffed french toast is great along with their skillets, pancakes and great selection of drinks and coffees. And their seasonal selection of food is always worth its weight in gold.
