Spent over $20 on a salad and a baconator meal. Get home and have a single bacon cheeseburger. What a ripoff. I'm not driving back to complain and shouldn't have to.

Was greeted with a warm "Welcome to MY Wendys." Picked up an online order for a family of 4. Unsweet tea tasted sweet, and the fries had no seasoning however they were very crunchy and satisfying to eat. When the nuggets were eaten, they tasted vinegar-esc and mushy. The burgers were edible, a bit soggy. We received all of our food that we ordered as well as all drinks and frosties.

Been to this location a few times. The management here is very poor. The people in the drive-through are so rude and ignorant. This location is not managed well. You’re better off going to another fast food restaurant over this location.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The women working behind the desk, Gabriela, was BEYOND rude. I haven’t been talked to like that ever in a drive thru. Will not be going back!

Gabriela is the worst and most ignorant drive through employee I’ve ever encountered. Horrible service and treated us horribly. Specifically asked for a sauce… wasn’t given to us. Drove all the way back and made us pay again for the sauce. Unreal.

If I could give a negative I would a one star is too polite. The hamburger portion sizes are now the size of a quarter, my burger was ice cold, I asked for no cheese. I got lots of cheese, and it was not extra pickle like I asked for surprise surprise. Safe to say, I will never go to Wendy’s ever again!!!

App orders most often don't work due to glitches. Employees shrug their shoulders and just charge you full price. Food quality is not as good as it used to be & prices have skyrocketed. The Frosty is the only redeeming quality of Wendy's now and even that was disappointing last visit...barely frozen & just a soupy mess. Do better Wendy's!
