App orders most often don't work due to glitches. Employees shrug their shoulders and just charge you full price. Food quality is not as good as it used to be & prices have skyrocketed. The Frosty is the only redeeming quality of Wendy's now and even that was disappointing last visit...barely frozen & just a soupy mess. Do better Wendy's!

Marlow was so kind at the drive thru window. He let us know that the sauce was out and asked what substitute we wanted. He also gave us a 10% discount, as well as making sure the food was fresh out of the fryer for us. Very professional and highly applaud the work ethic in this gentleman.

As soon as I pulled to the speaker the man taking my order was friendly and courteous. He explained there were only two of them working and asked for my patience; I barely waited 5 minutes and there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the man (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was apologetic and very friendly. My food was fresh and delicious and the small wait was worth it. I understand that every place is short handed and wish more people could understand that....
