such bad service, I am shocked - I.did not even get to the order . Took 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored with a line of cars behind us. The cars up front moved up and there was a giant gap ... for 25 minutes. The woman that was supposed to take the take orders said to wait... so we waited... through the window we watched the woman with the headset gossip with her co worker, while we were trying still to be patient ... so we waited and waited and waited, and So finally we got the point and left ... too bad wasted a bunch of time, we aren't getting that back. Please consider hiring people that do the job!

We have been going to this white castle for several years for Valentine's Day and everything has been always exceptional until this year. This was the most disappointing day as the order was incorrect as my husband ordered no onions on his sliders they were loaded with them, french fries and onion rings were lukewarm at best and the drinks were watered down. We got no menu although we saw several of them on the other tables the people had left from, but we knew what we wanted. As we were eating, we were the last reservation, the server was taking the table cloths off and any decorations, on all the tables around us, we were given no napkins, and there were none at the kiosk by the drink machine so I had to go ask for them at the counter. It makes us wonder if we should continue our tradition of going to white castle for Valentine's Day as it was very disappointing.

Ordered online to avoid the line. Took OVER a half hour to get my 6 measly burgers and people who were behind me and had just ordered in the drive thru got their orders before me. Naturally my food is cold as well.

The manager by the name of Kelly is an outstanding American citizen, so strongly. If i had the opportunity i would run a business with all my employees like myself then Kelly. SO AMAZING. quite frankly we love Kelly so much. Give her the CEO position nooow!
