Employees always get something wrong in your order. You could order 10 wings and they would forget the bones. Employees don’t answer the phone despite visibly doing nothing and being the only person in the store.

This is way businesses go out of business. I was in a hurry so I called in advance to order. I was on hold for 8 min before someone answered. Already aggravated from waiting 8 min then to get a kid that barely speaks English. So an investor or maybe it’s a corporate store. Has people running a store that can care less. So so many companies go out of business because of unsupervised employees. Corporate has to be nuts opening up another be on 191st. Bad business model and supervision
