Food here is always good just wish the pizzas weren't a grease fest most times. Delivery driver is kind and is always on time which is great. Will always proudly be a regular here.

This place constantly has a line that is excessively long every morning they take 5 min a person to check out cause every retired old man wants to talk to the cashier for ever, not only that but they usually have employees not running the register just out stocking shelves and a manager that I'm pretty sure has their but glued to the seat in the office cause I've never once seen them move to help. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else in the morning. In fact the dollar general across the street has red bull 3 for 8 which is cheaper anyways.

I stopped in early this morning, first time in this store due to arriving in town this past Sunday for work. I used the ATM, went fine. I even stood up front near the unused register (not holding anyone up) to download and sign up for their loyalty program, that also went fine. So then I got in line, paid for my goods, bought some scratch offs and off to work I went. My "goods" consisted of 2 drinks, some sort of melatonin shot, and a magnetic vent mount cell phone holder. WELL.... The display for cell phone accessories and sunglasses stood immediately to the left of the ATM machine, so it was pretty convenient for grabbing my attention. I would like to say it was a complete impulse buy, but I have been thinking of purchasing one for a while, just not at this store or at this time. The one I got was $16, I would almost bet it was the cheapest one, if not, it was the second least expensive. I got to work and at around 830am I had a quiet moment so I grabbed the travel cell holder box and opened while standing next to and talking with my coworker. I hasn't paid any attention to the fact that I didn't have to peel any stickers or tape off in order to open the box. When I pulled the tray out of the box, IT WAS EMPTY!!! Paperwork was in the box but there were two empty slots where things should have been. My coworker saw the look of shock on my face and I guess she notices then also that it was an empty box. We talked about it and I said no problem, I had used GPS to get there so their address and phone will be there. I looked and then called the store. The lady I spoke with remembered me and told me her name, MINDY. I told her what had happened and she told me "Unfortunately, when I handled the box, it didn't show any signs of being tampered with, so I will NOT give you a refund or exchange." I was in disbelief. I couldn't believe she would say that!+

The woman working the counter last night Friday Jan. 26th at around 9:30 P.M was the rudest , most unprofessional I've ever seen at a Casey's. I was in there with my wife, and our oldest daughter after the LIC Tournament Championship game Olney vs. Newton, we had our drinks and snacks, sat the items on the counter and this woman gave my Daughter, and my Wife both death stares, looking both of them up and down, with a dirty look on her face the whole time, watching them, Like they we're going to steal something, and we're criminals, when they clearly had nothing in their hands, because all of our items we're on the counter already, with me paying for them right in front of them, I so wanted to say something to her, but didn't want to in front of other customers, so I just let it go at the time, but I have never felt more disrespected ever at a convenient store, I will definitely be getting into contact with the store Manager as well, because this woman's behavior was totally unacceptable, when we we're paying customers, and despite being very angry, and upset, I still was very polite, to this woman, called her Mam even, I want to see discipline handed down to this woman, she definitely doesn't deserve to work with customers, she is very rude and judgemental, she had absolutely no right to look at my wife, and daughter, give them Dirty looks like they we're criminals, the whole time we we're checking out.

I was on the phone 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas. Explained I had a coupon for a free large of any kind, they could not figure out how to apply the coupon. I ordered 1 large meat galore thin crust with no bacon and 1 thin crust veggie. The order took 60 minutes (20 minutes longer than they said) and neither pizza was correct. Not my first experience with this, the coupon was given to me because they messed up my last order

You don't even deserve one star! You can never have orders ready on time. Every single time I order from here my pizza is never ready. No excuse when there's four employees so you can't say it's a lack of help. You can't even get your orders ready on time even if you order days in advance. Pathetic! The employees at this location must be incompetent. How many smoke breaks do these lazy employees take instead of doing their job! Sounds like they need a fire everyone and start fresh.

I have to say, corporate helped a bunch. The manager said she couldn't replace a product w/ a broken seal since 20 mins had passed....corporate says otherwise. After a credit to caseys rewards and a promise to re-educate the manager, I say I will continue to be a repeat customer.
