The floors are greasy where the customers eat & walk. Also, the gravy has changed. It was really bad. I won't be getting chicken strip baskets anymore. What happened Newton. I'll go to Effingham from now on.
Love dairy queen not very many bad experiences. Sometimes staff aren't exactly friendly but that seems to be anywhere anymore.

Service depends on who's working. I waited 15 minutes one day for my food. People who had ordered after got their food before I did. Worker that took my order was paying attention to orders coming up.
