4/30/24 @8 pm - I ordered 20 chicken tenders, two small fries, and one chocolate shake via drive-thru $33+. The cashier was nice. Short wait for fresh, hot, crispy tenders and fries. Great experience with napkins, sauces, and service with a smile.

Just spent $20 on 2 breakfast combos, the biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck. The gravy was gross. The sausage egg biscuit was not fresh & over cooked. Do better hardees,unacceptable!

When we pulled up she was very rude, she didn’t speak for the first 10 minutes then when she finally answered she told us to wait. While we were waiting for ten minutes it was also blizzarding. When She finally responded and took our order she yelled at us for ask “if anyone was there” so then she took our order and we pulled up to the window and she didn’t say a word to us just took our money and gave us our food. The food was cold and not made right. I am very disappointed in the food, service, and Atmosphere, definitely will not be coming back.

Older lady walked in same time as us. Only one person working counter. We had been waiting a while. When front worker came up fron she ignored us and walked away. Older lady left, so we choose to follow her lead.Poor service! I don't know how you keep your doors open.

Ordered a Sausage egg, and cheese meal on a English muffin, the English muffin was not even cooked properly at all, it was soft, and cold, definitely not worth $8.80. Very disappointed.

It's always so slow when we stop here. Kinda pricey for being fast food.
Went through the drive through at 9 p.m no one answered but there was a car for a worker. Doors were locked, no answer. Went back through the drive through, still no answer. If you say you’re open at 10, make sure to have someone at the drive through.

I went in at 2:00 pm on a sunday and it was dead which I found odd. I stood at the counter for easily 5 minutes or so before I could order. I could see the employee, and she could definitely see me. She completely ignored the fact that I was even there. When she finally came over to take my order, she barely spoke and seemed annoyed. Call me crazy but this is just terrible customer service opinion. The food was ok, but the fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil.

Loved the food here, it was fresh and the service was fast. My kids loved it, and said it was a good kids meal. Which is high praise coming from them lol I will definitely be coming through again when visiting.
I have no idea what is wrong with this place. I’ve stopped twice in the couple months and their buns are like they’ve been frozen for six months. Only reason I don’t give it zero stars is the fries were fresh.Drive thru customer service was good.
