Easily the worst Gen tso chicken I've ever eaten. Also got a brown odd tasting taro milk from them. It didn't taste anything like any taro milk tea I've ever gotten. And I've never seen it brown before lol

When I moved back to Illinois I was looking for good Chinese food not loaded with salt. Every dish I have ordered was great. When I went to pick up my order had been dying to get good Hot and Sour Soup. I have gotten it from dumps and 5 Star restaurants. I finally had them put it on my order. It was the absolute BEST I have ever had in my life They have the ABSOLUTE BEST HOT AND SOUR SOUP. I will now be there every week. They also have the best fried rice loaded with everything so the review from 9/29 is a liar it actually has more than expected. Ive ordered it for 3 years. More ingredients than rice. There portions are large and don't cut back on anything.

First time customer and Ugh. Worst fried rice ever. No veggies, not one carrot or pea. Just a $10 box of rice. When I went in, the owners said the rice is Chinese fried rice and so no veggies. I said your sign says 168 Asian, not 168 Chinese. They were unwilling to credit me or even remake the dish. Finally, they agreed to provide veggies for the rice. How nice they were to give 3oz of veggies for two large fried rice dishes. Not good customer service! Will not be returning to this place!!!

The place where I typically order from was closed today so I went out on a limb & ordered from 168 Asian Cuisine for the first time & this might be my new favorite place! It was very easy to order from the website the food tasted fresh was delicious &arrived on time. The driver was super friendly &nice the only thing missing was chopsticks!

Since my initial review (in 2016) we've been back many times, and the good food & service have been consistent throughout, and still our favorite of the Chinese food places in the area. Definitely a place we'd recommend.

I really like this place. Great flavors, selection and service. Egg Rolls are excellent! They’re always on time for pickup. Due to this damn virus I haven’t dined in the restaurant for quite awhile now but that doesn’t stop me from take out! Give them a try.

Ordered Mongolian beef and received a plate of grilled onions with very little beef. I have ordered from this place before so I called back and tried to speaking to someone. Terrible customer service did not bother even listening to what I had to say before she mentioned there was nothing they can do for me. Sad to say I will not be eating here anymore
168 has been my go-to Chinese takeout spot for over a year, so this review is quite overdue. They have $7.95 lunch specials, easy online ordering from their website (powered by Menufy), and dependably satisfying food. Nothing is stupendous, but it's mostly reliable. General's chicken and sesame chicken are good, but I tend to go for kung pao and moo shu because they have more vegetables. There is so much to choose from. Plus you can make two meals out of a single order. The lady at the counter is always super friendly, even when you're just there fifteen seconds for a pickup. A couple of minor specific dings from me are: - Lunch specials come with a can of soda, which I don't really want; rather it cost a little less, or give me more food - Mongolian chicken has a lot (a LOT) of onions, like if I eat them all I am literally still tasting onions over 24 hours later - With one lunch special they give two packets of soy sauce but only one sweet & sour for my egg roll See, I told you they were minor and specific. But it doesn't keep me from returning at least once a month.

This strip mall Asian takeout place is doors away from my local Tony's Grocery store which I used to go to very often. I always saw 168 and saw good reviews here. I always wanted to try it! Finally this past week, I decided to try. I called and ordered dishes: Egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, Hawaiian fried rice, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, honey walnut shrimp, fried shrimp appetizer too. I ran in Tony's first for milk, eggs, deli; then got the over $90 of 168! Very nice girl up front and everything was fantastic!!! Definitely my new local place!
