I have eaten here two times and really enjoyed the first time I ate here. However, after eating here on 2/2/26 at 9:15PM my husband and I both got terrible food poisoning that kept me home from work for 2 days and has made the thought of eating kbbq again repulsive. Maybe avoid eating here at the end of the night to ensure food is fresh and safe. We did not get sick the first time and ate during lunch closer to opening time the previous time in 2025. Please beware if you have a weak immune system. We have eaten Kbbq many times and know well to cook the meat fully before consuming and have eaten Kbbq over 20 times without ever getting sick. It is difficult to say exactly what got us sick: we are the thin sliced beef, pork shoulder, beef stew, and side dishes. This is the worst food poisoning I have ever gotten in the Chicagoland area.

We finally got a chance to try this place, this has been on my radar for awhile. After reading some recent reviews, I want to clarify that they speak English here, people. Smh. They do have a good amount of parking here. It’s not huge but you should be able to find a spot. The actual restaurant is big so finding a table is not a problem. We got seated almost immediately. They do have a button on the wall to call for service when you are ready.
We ordered king kalbi, pork jowl, pork galbi, and seafood pancake. They have vegetable soybean paste stew that comes automatically with your meal. For banchan they have about 10 dishes including lettuce and salad. Yes they are refillable, you just have to ask. Everything tasted good. The seafood pancake was fully cooked. Please see picture. The pork jowl was juicy and a little fatty. It went well with the mushroom and onion. The king kalbi and pork galbi were delicious, you can cook the bone too. There is still meat on there. Service was very attentive, they checked up on us often and got us everything that we needed. I like this one better than Jin Soo.

We had an amazing experience at 336 Korean BBQ! The beef brisket and pork belly were incredibly fresh and flavorful, especially the wet-aged cuts that grilled perfectly at the table. The staff, a beautiful and sweet girl Yuki was attentive and fast, helping us BBQ and making sure we had everything we needed. She did her best to help me catch up with the flight. The side dishes and kimchi fried rice were delicious and authentic, and the whole meal felt greasy, tasteful and satisfying. Next time I will come again when I am near ORD airport. One of the best Korean BBQ spots in the area—highly recommended!

the hosts were really really nice and took great care of us, the food and drinks were served quickly and the pork belly and makgeolli in particular were my favorite!! we got complementary steamed eggs and stew which were amazing, and the music and vibes were very nice. i'd definitely come again, thank you so much!!
