Customer service was horrendous. The food gave me diarrhea. The fish smelled like the sea. The restaurant had roaches on the floor. I was appalled. There was even blood on the stall walls in the bathroom. I don’t know how this location has not been shut down, I contacted the local police and they are currently investigating.

My last visit was drive-thru only. Service was "ok" only because one of the items was wrong. Service was reasonably quick and almost all of my order was prompt.

This new Arby's is trying so hard. They can't get enough employees. But it's clean and the food is consistently good. But the eating area is ugly, too cold or too hot. Generally very unpleasant. What's with these fast food architects? Is should be a fun and colorful atmosphere for the experience. The trend is unfortunately hard, dark, cold, loud, tight, ugly, depressing, efficient and uninspired! This goes for Wendy's, McDonald's and especially Canes! My choice? Charcoal Delights on Oakton, west of Lee.

I visited this time and I get a great surprise, the restaurant was decorated by Halloween theme, it’s a pretty opportunity to come with all you family members and take great photos, the food was so cool and the staff so kind

I LOVE Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. The roast beef is always so tender and juicy, piled high on a sesame seed bun. Yummm. This location was quick to order and friendly service. Shout out to Yesenia who was super friendly. Give her a raise!
