There's nothing like a classic roast beef sandwich, potato cakes and cheese sticks. Yum.
Closest Arby's to me while visiting Chicago land. Ordered several times. Couple sandwiches, couple Gyros. Fast, accurate, exactly as ordered. Used the App for checkout, picked up from store.

Food was served quickly, but there seemed to be lack of management happening. Lots of laughing, interruptions, while I was trying to give my order. Had to repeat a few times, and couldn’t understand the order taker. Steak ends were burnt.. got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea.. and my beef n cheddar sandwich I couldn’t even hold due to meat being all over. I will still eat again, just not 5 stars in my book..

Arby’s continues to stand out among fast-food chains with its unique focus on hearty, meaty sandwiches that go beyond the usual burger fare. The roast beef is tender and flavorful, and the signature sandwiches like the Classic Beef ‘n Cheddar and Smokehouse Brisket are always satisfying. Their curly fries remain one of the best sides in fast food — crispy, seasoned perfectly, and impossible to stop eating.
The service at Arby’s is usually quick and friendly, with staff that seem to take pride in keeping orders accurate and fresh. The restaurant is generally clean and well-kept, whether you’re dining in or grabbing a drive-thru meal. Even when it’s busy, food tends to come out hot and consistent, which isn’t something you can say for every chain.
While Arby’s may not be gourmet, it fills its niche perfectly — delivering bold flavors, generous portions, and a menu that feels a little more creative than the average fast-food stop. For a quick bite that’s both filling and flavorful, Arby’s earns a solid four stars and remains a dependable favorite for meat lovers on the go.

pre- visit munchies...
no, Virginia, not Curly fries.
Crinkle cut. Curly fries are what the hamburger stand next to Kiddieland on 95th & East End served. they're like Onion Rings.
Steak nuggets look terrible but were okay. Real meat. Service was poor, unprofessional, and no hospitality.

It's Arby's. I actually like Arby's, but you're not there for fine dining. The food is pretty good. This location is perfectly fine.

Ordered online, so I didn't have any problems with ordering as mentioned by other reviewers. The dining room is classic 1990s and the condiments/drink fountain are kept orderly.

The food was horrible. My chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich was cold and my fries were also cold and nothing but crumbs. Food was not fresh. Arby’s gonna get the DQ treatment. I’ll just go for their shakes. They can keep the food bc the food is terrible.
