i order 3 buffalo chicken wrap, and they made 3 chicken club wrap, when i got home it was to late because they close, please listen good for orders

Ordered today around 7pm via the drive through. We were asked to pull up while they made our food. Upon pulling up we saw through the window Victor ( got his name from receipt) laying across the counter and them proceeds to scratch his head with both hands. Like he was really going in on the scratching. He then proceeds to walk to the back where food is being prepared. My husband goes inside to make sure he isn't preparing our food. He is indeed was touching our items. And had not washed his hands. My husband asked for a refund and got push back and threatened by the employee. Management please review your cameras to see this incident. And to all the Arby's lovers avoid this location.
