Server was horrible very rude will never go back because of her time for them to find a new server she was to busy sitting at a table not her customers

This place was amazing! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was top notch, and the service was fantastic. As someone who grew up going to Polish restaurants for a lot of family events, Arcadia truly stood out. It's clear that they really care about their food and our waitress was so lovely! We will be going back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I was disappointed with the quality of the stuffed cabbage, Sausage very dry.
Food did not taste fresh. Expensive $38. One sausage one stuffed cabbage 3 perogi, 1 soup 1 mashed potatoe one drink for one person.
Arcadia is a wonderful spot with a warm, inviting atmosphere and consistently good food. The menu has a nice balance of creativity and comfort, with dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff are attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the overall vibe is relaxed but polished. It’s great for a casual night out or a special occasion. The only small drawback is that prices are a touch high for the portions — but the quality makes it worth it. A solid four stars!
I recently visited Arcadia Polish Restaurant in Niles and found the pierogi and stuffed cabbage rolls to be genuinely delicious and hearty.

We always stop here when visiting family in Chicago, and the food is usually excellent. This time was a bit mixed. The coleslaw had too much dressing, and the red wine was served cold from the fridge instead of at room temperature. The potato pancakes were outstanding, but the goulash wasn’t quite hot enough. Our server was friendly, though her flip-flop style shoes made a lot of noise as they walked back and forth, which was distracting. The TV was also extremely loud and playing the same odd dance music, which doesn’t fit the atmosphere and takes away from the otherwise cozy atmosphere. This little cute place has potential of doing so much better! Our first few visits were fantastic, but this one was just okay.

Food is really good, especially the chicken soup. However, the service was very sub par. The server looked like she did not want to be there, was not interested in smiling and telling our table options on the menu. Additionally, she brought out the appetizers and main course all at one time. By the time we finished our soup and sausage appetizers, the main dish was already cold. Overheard the table next to ours ask what kind of wine they had and her response was “white and red.” Oof. Atmosphere is ok -small place and a TV playing the Voice which kept buffering.

Amazing
Excellent food, love the atmosphere and would highly recommend to take a dish or two home with you. Pierogis are spot on. Have tried several dishes here and they have all been wonderful.
