One of the employee was rude to me and did not understood me well and this happened to me twice because the first time he was being rude to my wife for accidentally touching a donut and he threw it rightaway just because it was contaminated.

The milkshake was so Icy and tasteless they didn't even blend it properly.and when I asked the manager to fix it, they refused. There was also a big hole in my cone. Worst baskin robbin!!!

Definitely 1of the Nicest Cleanest !! Dunkin / Baskin Robbins I've been in . Very spacious actually have nice size PARTY ROOM w a Giant TV inside, Tvs throughout, benches , stools, booths, nice comfortable Lounge chairs n sitting area n Sitting area for kids w kiddie takes an chairs !! And Realy Great People Working There Very Friendly Great Attitudes actually met a part owner today and complimented Him !! And Fresh DOUGHNUTS PRETTY SURE THEY MAKE N DISTRUTE FROM THIS LOCATION !? EITHER WAY THIS MY NEW ALLTIME DUNKIN BASKIN ROBBINS. NO MORE HOCKEY PUCK FRENCH CRUELLERS FOR ME !!!??

The lemon blackberry is some of the best I’ve ever had! Chocolate lovers was yummy too. Inside is very clean and cold like most ice cream stores. They share the lobby with the burger joint.
The service was amazing. The girl was super fast and efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. I noticed that there was another guy walking around just playing on his phone. He did not want to help her whatsoever she then told me that was her manager. This place is under bad management but the employees seem to be very nice. Would love to visit again, but hopefully not be helped by their management

Good afternoon I just want to write a complement about 2 beautiful ladies & tell them thank you ( Elham & Lida ) , they work at Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins at 7039 W Dempster St, Niles, IL 60714 I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my 9 years old daughter she asked for a minion ice cream cake , just want to tell you that Elham made such a beautiful beautiful minion ice cream cake I can’t thank her enough , she made my daughter’s day & ours We had so many of our guests complementing us on this beautiful birthday ice cream cake. Everyone asked where we purchased it & of course we told them from Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins . Bravo & thank you for the most beautiful & delicious birthday ice cream cake for our daughter’s 9th birthday . So very happy! Just want to add too that this store is very clean & they have very nice and friendly workers . Thank you so much again

Baskin-Robbins is always consistent and the treats taste just like I always remember. You can't get any better than that when it comes to frozen dairy treats.
